As part of Eastleigh Borough Council's Couch to 5K programme, Sarah found the encouragement she needed to allow her to continue her weight-loss journey.

This documentary explores and analyses how the influence of politicians and the media can alter public opinion. This small case study demonstrates how this influence can convince a town that increased immigration will have a negative impact and it is time for the UK to leave the EU, despite there being little evidence to suggest that it has any impact on their community up to this point.
I project managed, produced, scripted and voiced this documentary. All of the footage within the documentary is my own, including the archive footage used of the Eastleigh by election and the politicians' visits.

Motherland aims to be an inter-generational work involving children, young people, mid-career and mature performers. The work will be devised through a series of interventions, critical debates and residencies in venues across the UK and is commissioned by The Dome Brighton, Yorkshire Dance, South East Dance, Newbury Corn Exchange, Peak Performances at Montclair State University and The Point in Eastleigh.

Verity Standen - Cutting Teeth R&D 1
A film by Paul Blakemore, capturing the first week of research and development towards a major new work by Verity Standen.
Verity worked in collaboration with Dan Canham and a team of performers and associates to explore a series of vocal and physical ideas and exercises.
The company was hosted by The Point Eastleigh in their custom-built Creation Space, with support from Arts Council England.
A further round of development is expected next year, building towards premiere performances in 2018.

Following a sell-out run at the 2019 London International Mime Festival, Theatre Re presents a powerful, poignant and uplifting visual theatre piece with live music exploring the bond between three generations of women, their shared loss, and the strength they discover in each other.
Emily is eight months pregnant when she reads her grandmother's journal. As she delves into her family history her sense of reality shifts, unveiling a legacy of unspoken tragedies and unconditional love. Presented in association with Glynis Henderson Productions
