Tasting Brittany’s Iconic Seaweed Butter
What’s France without the baguette? And what’s a baguette without creamy, decadent butter? Well, in the northern region of France in an area called Brittany, Jean-Yves Bordier does butter one bit better. Using three different types of seaweed, Bordier’s butter brings a special salty earthiness—one that has won over some of the top chefs of our time.

What's PizzaHut like in France!? Cheap & Quick meal to eat in Paris!
We were in much need of a quick cheap easy food and PizzaHut answered our prayers! Paris as lovely as it is, is full over massively overpriced restaurants charging far too much for far too little. Even the Mcdonalds & over franchises here in Paris are way too expensive! €16 for two pizzas & two drinks was a really good deal :)

Greek Food - STREET FOOD TOUR and Amazing Souvlaki in Athens, Greece!
Thank you to Tassos for taking me on this incredible Greek food tour of Athens!

Athens is a city that I’ve wanted to visit ever since learning so much about it during one of my Western Civilizations classes in High School. Finally, I had a chance to visit, not only for the amazing history, but mainly for the amazing Greek food!
In this video, I’m taking you on a one day, all out Greek food tour of Athens along with Tassos. We ate a combination of classic Greek street food snacks, and a few restaurants, including for dinner some of the best lamb chops I’ve ever had.
Here are all the restaurants and places included in this Greek food tour of Athens:
Dexameni Cafe - Our first stop was to drink Greek coffee in this small public square. A great environment, and the coffee was excellent.
Price - 1.80 EUR per cup
Kostarelos Deli - Tassos knows his Greek cheese and he says Kostarelos Deli has some of the best cheese in Athens.
Total price - 14.60 EUR
Mam - Mam is often considered the best Greek cheese pie in Athens, and it’s a perfect street food kind of place. Most people take-away, but they have a standing table as well. The classic Greek cheese pie was my favorite.
Total price - 4.80 EUR
Varvakios Market - This is the Athens central market for meat and seafood. It’s a beautiful market and any lover would enjoy walking around this amazing market.
Miran - Pastourma and Soutzouki - This is a really cool little deli in Athens where you can buy for takeaway or order whatever you see and sit at one of the tables to snack. They are known for their camel pastirma, and it was the best thing we tried - absolutely excellent.
Total price - 4.62 EUR
Bougatsopoleio Thessaloniki - Bougatsa is a famous Greek food pastry. We tried a couple versions, but the best for me was the minced meat filled bougatsa.
Total price - 15.50 EUR
Kostas Soulvaki - Souvlaki, also known as kalamaki is perhaps the best known of all Greek street food or Greek fast food, and Kostas is considered to be one of the best places to eat it in Athens. They grill pork, stuff it into Greek pita, top it with tomatoes, onions, and tomato sauce, and wrap it into a handheld treat. Amazing.
Price - 2.20 EUR per piece
Taverna To Trigono - For dinner, Tassos wanted to take us to one of his favorite restaurants in Athens, a little outside of the city in a place called Kalyvia Thorikou. This is a countryside meat paradise, and they served us some of the best lamb chops I’ve ever had in my life. An amazing meal to end an incredible day of Greek food in Athens.
Lamb chops
Total price for everything - 99 EUR
Thank you for watching this Greek food tour of Athens!

French Double Cheese - French Meal Time
Epic french sandwiches with meat & raclette cheese, dipped in fondue !
Fromagerie La Station cheesemaker (english version)
Located in the heart of the countryside near the Township village of Compton is the Fromagerie La Station. Superb landscapes accompany you to this site where epicurean delights await...
This family-run business is the fruit of four generations of passionate farmers. Inspired by a love of the land and a passion for quality, the Bolduc-Routhier family manufactures unique products: delicious certified organic raw milk farm cheeses.
Come savour
- the Raclette de Compton delicately balances the aromas of fruits and crab apple butter
- the Alfred Le Fermier, a floral and nutty-flavoured cheese distinguished by its soft, supple texture;
- the Comtomme with its golden-ivory body and supple, creamy texture;
- the Comtomme Signature a cheese of strong and complex aromas of fruit and crab apple butter.
What is the secret of the Fromagerie La Stations unique flavours and aromas? The answer lies in the love and savoir-faire of its artisans.
Back on the farm, our herd of Holsteins also contributes to the success of the Fromagerie La Station. The health and well-being of the producing animals is at the heart of the manufacture of fine cheeses.
Beginning May 15, the cows graze on the fresh grass of our organic pastures. Even the fertilizer we use on the pastures is entirely organic. Consequently, each cheese wheel we produce inevitably bears a light aftertaste of ...Compton!
On the shop-floor, the milk of exceptional quality is transformed by the cheese-maker whose sole aim is to provide you with the very best certified organic cheeses.
The Fromagerie La Station now invites you to come discover the various steps in the manufacture of cheese with tours guided by the cheese-maker himself (by reservation only). You can also chat with the farmer, take advantage of our corporate group rates, and enjoy hiking our trails free of charge.
You can buy Fromagerie La Station products at our sales counter or at various specialty boutiques in Quebec, Canada and the United-States.
Winner of three Caseus awards at the Quebec Fine Cheese Competition and twice proclaimed champion at the Canadian Cheese Grand Prix of 2009, the Fromagerie La Station will seduce you with its range of cheeses, each and every one exquisite, renown and ...unforgettable!

This Rare Cheese Is Infested With Live Maggots
“Casu marzu” literally means “rotten cheese,” but in Sardinia, it’s a glory to behold. What starts off as a regular wheel of pecorino is then visited by cheese flies that lay their eggs inside, giving the formaggio its signature zing. But, with a nickname like “the world’s most dangerous cheese,” you can be sure that along with the cheese comes some risky business. Still, a handful of artisans continue to produce the traditional cheese, cementing its status in Sardinian culture.

Hospital Food Around the World (Japanese Food is a Like a Gourmet Meal!)
What do you know about hospital food around the world? Basically, we used to think that everything they serve in hospitals is not very tasty, to say the least. Actually, some of the countries might make you reconsider everything you thought you knew about hospital food! Wait until you see what the Japanese are cooking up for their patients!
For example, Japanese hospital food is a lot like a gourmet meal. Hot soba noodles, chicken in a mushroom sauce, and a daikon carrot side salad is just one example of a delicious-sounding hospital meal! Patients are also offered a small afternoon snack, such as a cream puff or a slice of cake with tea.

SUMMARY:
- Many U.S. hospitals seem to have the same staples: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, and yogurt. Another day it might be chicken potpie with a chocolate chip cookie for dessert.
- Quiche, some type of fruit-and-nut salad, and a dainty dessert would be a common meal at a hospital in Switzerland.
- An Italian hospital would serve you gnocchi (that’ a delicious potato or flour dumpling served in a finger-licking sauce), whole fruits (like an apple or plum), and good old-fashioned water.
- The Germans like their “hot meal” in the middle of the day, with breakfast and dinner being a little simpler. The same holds true in their hospitals.
- In a Russian hospital, you might get a bowl of oatmeal with yogurt or cottage cheese as a side and a cup of tea or coffee to drink for breakfast. Come lunch or dinnertime, some popular staples are hotdogs with buckwheat or macaroni.
- In Thai hospitals, a boiled rice porridge dish called jok is often given to sick patients for breakfast because of its mild flavor and smooth texture.
- Most main dishes in Norway—even for a hospital—are going to be locally sourced, with meat consisting of elk, beef, or even reindeer!
- Most main dishes in Norway—even for a hospital—are going to be locally sourced, with meat consisting of elk, beef, or even reindeer!
- In Poland, the hospital meals are rather dainty: bread and butter, half a cucumber, and a piece of sausage. This would be your breakfast. For lunch, you may get a ham and cheese sandwich, another meat choice, more cucumber, and hot soup.
- In a Malaysian hospital, there are two diet options: standard and therapeutic. The therapeutic diet just refers to modifications that need to be made due to the patient’s needs, such as a lactose-free diet or a liquid diet.
- A typical hospital meal in the U.K. may be some roast beef, roasted potatoes, green beans, cheese, a white roll with butter, and peaches in cream.
- In a French hospital in Paris, you’ll be served a smoked salmon salad, chicken with a baguette, and a slice of pie! Lean meats such as that salmon and chicken are great for a healing patient, as are the veggies in the salad.

How to Survive Flying Emirates Economy Class (Top Tips)
I flew Emirates A380 economy class from Dubai to Zurich. In the video, I gave 8 good tips on how to survive or how to enjoy economy class flying. I am sure you will benefit from some of the tip I gave!
The video also shows you the children's kit and meal on Emirates. Also Ramadan Iftar boxes are shown in the video. Enjoy the magnificent forward wing view with engine on the A380!
--------
Join me for a relaxed and fun flight from Dubai to Zurich with Emirates. I travel aboard the Airbus A380 aeroplane in Emirates economy class and I reveal eight tips and tricks on how you can enjoy and get the most out of your economy class flight. We can’t all experience the luxury of flying first class but this video aims to show that it certainly isn’t impossible to have a very enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable flight in economy class with just a little prior planning, research and thought.
In this video, I also specifically examine some of the comforts offered by the Emirates airline within their economy class to help their customers. One thing we focus on is Emirates’ provision for children and we examine the complimentary items including blankets, bibs, baby wipes and colouring in books which are given out to families with young children.
Tip #1 – Even if you’re flying in economy class, try and access a credit card lounge before the flight to make yourself more comfortable and prepared for boarding. You’re more likely to start the flight in a better mood and in a more positive state of mind, especially if you’ve had to wait at the airport for a while, if you’ve had something to eat, had a comfortable seat to sit on and been in relaxed and more quiet surroundings. If you are not eligible to enter one of these lounges, consider paying for entry; it is likely to be well worth your investment as one of the biggest reasons why people do not enjoy their flight in economy class is because they were not in the right frame of mind to begin with.
Tip #2 – Use a website such as expertflyer.com to see where clusters of empty seats are on the flight that you wish to take. By using this website, you may be able to purchase seats from the airline’s website which are in a quieter spot, with less people surrounding you. expertflyer.com can show real time seat maps for your flight up to one hour before the departure of the flight, letting you make an informed decision as to the best seat location for you in economy class.
Tip #3 – Use a website such as seatguru.com to get to know the layout of the economy class on your flight better so that you can select more advantageous economy seats with views over the engines, or, perhaps most importantly, with more leg room. There’s almost always a few economy seats with much, much more leg room than others because of the free space that has to be left in front of the aircraft’s mid-placed emergency exit.
Furthermore, after coming on board, if there’s a very favourable seat which is vacant and unsold, grab it before anybody else does!
Tip #4 – If you can, travel in the low season when fares are lower and when planes are less crowded. Low season months are February, May and November.
During my flight in Emirates economy class, I was able to move around to a large number of different seats as, travelling in May, it was low season. I was also able to lie down over a complete row of four economy seats and get a quality rest as if I was in business class, but without business class prices! If you can, it certainly pays dividends to travel in economy class when it’s less busy in the low season.
Tip #5 – Always bring a bottle of water with you to stay hydrated and avoid excessive alcohol consumption which can dehydrate you. Additionally, always bring an eye-shade with you so that you can get quality rest whenever you need it; these are provided on some longer haul flights but it’s always best to have your own, just in case.
Tip #6 – Wear something loose and comfy to promote good well being and also good blood circulation whilst you’re up in the air. This is especially important when the flight is crowded and/or there isn’t a lot of leg room and movement is restricted. This follows on to…
Tip #7 – Wherever possible, stretch your limbs and walk around the cabin – it doesn’t just help keep your blood circulating in what can be a cramped economy class but it keeps your mood happy too. Feeling confined and restricted in economy class is a big source of uncomfortable economy class flights.
Tip #8 – Stay smiling and stay positive whenever travelling in economy class. Don’t forget to bring your headphones with you to listen to some of your favourite tunes whilst you’re in the sky!
I really want to hear your opinion – do you have any thoughts about what makes for a good trip in economy class? Is there anything that you swear by? Leave your comments down below and, as always, thanks for watching!
