Living in Samara, Costa Rica - A Waterfall and Beach Quad Tour
In this episode of living abroad and moving to Costa Rica, we go on a quad tour around the Samara area. Even though we had been to most of the places already on the tour it was still fun to go to them on a quad. We went to a lookout over Playa Carrillo, a waterfall and finished at Playa Barrigona with lunch.

In this episode we rent a couple Honda ATV's from Samara Hot Rentals here in Samara, Costa Rica and head north towards Playa Guiones. We head off on a little road to Playa Barco Quebrado. In this must watch episode of us moving to Costa Rica, we travel from Nosara to Playa Samara. Playa Samara quickly becomes our favorite place. Right from the moment you drive around the corner and onto the main street of Samara you can tell there is something special about it. A lot of people call Playa Samara a black hole that sucks you in and you never want to leave. (or you come back as soon as you can)
As you can see in this video, Playa Samara has a huge beautiful beach lined with Palm trees and Restaurants. There is a Reef in the bay that makes the water enjoyable for all ages. This is why we eventually decide to call Samara our home. As you will see in the upcoming videos. Please enjoy and leave a thumbs up. This vlog is three day's in one video. We rented a Golf cart and explored Playa Guiones, Checked out Eskina Skate Park and headed out to some water falls.
The thing with the Nosara area is it is so spread out so you need some sort of transportation. This because taxi's are hard to get and there isn't always a Tuk Tuk around.
We rented our golf cart from Limo Dan. He is great to deal with, and we recommend him.
Eskina Skateboard Park is fun! and when its busy season there is always something going on. Check out their facebook page here:

One of our first days in Costa Rica and we chose to visit Playa Barrigona. A secluded beach with the softest sand one has ever set foot on (seriously, it's like a pillow).
This beach is the beach for three of Mel Gibson's private villas.

Sadly I couldn't shoot more of this vacation because I got a sprained thumb while skimboarding and had to stop shooting those days. Maybe someday I'll go back and do more shots, meanwhile hope you all enjoy this short film.
