Mt Coot-tha is a Brisbane icon forming a backdrop for the city and is cherished by the community for its many and varied values. It is Brisbane's largest natural area, with more than 1600 hectares of open eucalypt forest and rainforest gullies and creek lines.
This Mahogany trail short circuit ride links with multi-use trails. Popular as a warm-up ride.

Will This 14-Year-Old Survive Her First 80+ Kilometer Day? - Bicycle Touring Pro / EP. #245
14-Year-Old Josie spent her first night ever camping in a tent on the edge of the Danube River and then successfully cycled 80+ kilometers across two European countries - Austria and Slovakia.

Josie had never spent even a single night camping in a tent before, so when we all woke up on the second morning of our bike tour together across Austria, Slovakia and Hungary, I wasn't sure what kind of a state she would be in.
Would Josie have slept at all that night? Would she be tired or sore from the previous day of cycling?
Turns out, Josie was in great spirits! She's a trooper... and she was raring to go on the second day of our bike tour together.
After packing up our bicycles and leaving our free campsite on the edge of the Danube River, we (Darren, Kevin, Josie and Fukuya) started pedaling our way toward the capital city of Bratislava, Slovakia.
After cross the international border from Austria to Slovakia, we stopped in Bratislava for lunch and then continued cycling south on the EuroVelo 6 route along the edge of the Danube River.
Before this particular day, Josie had never ridden her bicycle more than 80 kilometers (50 miles), but by the end of the day, she had blown past her record and had successfully cycled more than 80 kilometers (50+ miles) in a single day.
She was tired... and that was a good thing, because we weren't able to make it to our campsite in Hungary and we had to make camp on the edge of the river in Slovakia instead.

One month living on the road travelling Australia full time
We made it through our first month travelling australia full time! What a month it has been. We covered a lot of kilometres in our first month from northern nsw to tasmania. What i Think of Durian Riders & Freelee Banana Girls Diet
Diet is one of the biggest things going around at the minute on youtube there are all sorts of diets from vegan to paleo and everything in-between.
What you have to remember is people make money out of youtube and that is where the main driver comes from and i think the diet they are trying to promote in many cases ends up getting lost with outrageous videos.
So if you have a problem with losing weight or some sort of medical problem or disorder go and see your doctor or dietitian before following people like durian rider and freelee the banana girl on their raw till 4 high carb low fat diet, they have no right to be giving out diet advice to anyone, let's not forget their not doctors or psychologists.
Having a healthy balanced diet is what i follow, eat in moderation and try to cut out as much processed foods as possible and combine that with regular exercise.
If it sounds to good to be true is probably is so stay away and be sensible stop looking for the easy way out.
You should consult your Doctor before doing any strenuous exercise or workout, if you have any dizziness or pain you should stop immediately, you do this workout at your own risk. Please be reminded i am not a personal trainer this is just my workout routine you should consult a personal trainer to obtain a proper workout for what you want to achieve.
