Deze magnifieke Boschendal winery ligt op een uurtje rijden van Kaapstad, in het pittoreske Groot Drakenstein Valley, aan de rand van Franschhoek. Wereldberoemd is de Boschendal picknick en de fameuze lunch in het sfeervolle restaurant. Redenen om eens een bezoek te brengen aan Boschendal; de parel van Franschhoek. De zon scheen boven de prachtige tuin van Central Park, iedereen was speciaal in het zwart/wit gekleed, de wijnen vielen in de smaak en de inhoud van de picknickmand vond gretig aftrek. Het ‘Boschendal gevoel’ was daar en we waanden ons zelfs even op het Boschendal estate in Franschhoek zelf.
