Bunny Park revamp to kick off
Phase One of the revamp of the Bunny Park is scheduled to start on March 1. The City Times attended a meeting between representatives from council, the contractor and Ward 27 councillor, Jacques Meiring, which represented the handover of the facility to the contractor. Cape Town is a city in South Africa. It ranks third among the most populous urban areas in South Africa, after Johannesburg and Durban, and has roughly the same population as the Durban Metropolitan Area.
Located on the shore of Table Bay, Cape Town was first developed by the Dutch East India Company as a victualling (supply) station for Dutch ships sailing to East Africa, India, and the Far East.
Cape Town quickly outgrew its original purpose as the first European outpost at the Castle of Good Hope, becoming the economic and cultural hub of the Cape Colony. Until the Witwatersrand Gold Rush and the development of Johannesburg, Cape Town was the largest city in South Africa.

These rescue dogs joined a yoga session in a Cape Town park
The Mdzananda Animal Clinic wanted to create a unique experience to raise awareness for dogs looking for homes.
90 yoga fans showed their support under the trees at De Waal Park.
With their help Mdzananda was able to able to raise R10,400 and find a home for one of their dogs.

My friend Marco and me went down to Durban to explore the things to do in Durban and some more sights in Kwazulu-Natal. As usual I tried to mix sightseeing in South Africa with some cool activities, such as the big rush, a multi day trek in the Drakensberg mountains or a Segway tour in Durban.
For doing all this we rented a car and drive through the region for about 10 days with activities booked a few weeks ahead.
