Our Family Post-4th of July Holiday Outing At Morro Bay, CA (7-5-14)
Watch in high quality (480p). In this video, it shows me and my family's post-4th of July holiday outing at Morro Bay, California. It was my family, Auntie Luz's family and Auntie and Uncle Bello and Racquelle that went.
We had arrived safely to the place at around 10 a.m. It was around over 3 hours drive. We had left San Jose, CA just after 7 a.m. At first, actually much of the morning and early afternoon, the weather was quite cool & foggy. Only then during the late afternoon was when the sun and blue skies finally came out. Once we got there, us young ones walked along the beach, enjoying the seabreeze and touching the cold ocean water with our feet. We also saw quite a few sea life washed up on the shore. We saw lots of seaweed, sand dollars, sand crabs and whatnot. There were plentiful surfers surfing the incoming waves. There was a high surf advisory around the time as well!
After walking on the beach for a while, we headed back to the rest of the group and we ate lunch. Then from here on, we just chilled and breathed the fresh seabreeze...as more and more people arrive coming early afternoon. Shortly later, the adults did their walk along the breach while us youngsters stayed at camp to bontay our spot.
The sun and blue skies finally started to come out by later in the afternoon. At this time, the youngsters went around the wharf and walked around a bit around the town by the bay, while the adults (and myself) chilled at the beach, right by Morro Rock, which was actually an extinct volcano! We later called it a day and left the place just after 7 p.m., after taking a few group pics.
Hope you guys had a nice 4th of July holiday and weekend! Til next time, safe journeys!
More info about the city of Morro Bay:
Morro Bay is a waterfront city in the San Luis Obispo County. The town's most striking feature is Morro Rock, a 576 foot high volcanic plug. It stands at the entrance to the harbor and a causeway connects it with the shore. Previously, it was surrounded by water, but the northern channel was filled in to make the harbor.

Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.
Learning by listening is a great way to:
- increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills
- improves your own spoken accent
- learn while on the move
- reduce eye strain
Now learn the vast amount of general knowledge available on Wikipedia through audio (audio article). You could even learn subconsciously by playing the audio while you are sleeping! If you are planning to listen a lot, you could try using a bone conduction headphone, or a standard speaker instead of an earphone.

SUMMARY
=======
Puerto Rico (Spanish for Rich Port), officially the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (Spanish: Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico, lit. Free Associated State of Puerto Rico) and briefly called Porto Rico, is an unincorporated territory of the United States located in the northeast Caribbean Sea, approximately 1,000 miles (1,600 km) southeast of Miami, Florida.
An archipelago among the Greater Antilles, Puerto Rico includes the main island of Puerto Rico and a number of smaller ones, such as Mona, Culebra, and Vieques. The capital and most populous city is San Juan. Its official languages are Spanish and English, though Spanish predominates. The island's population is approximately 3.4 million. Puerto Rico's history, tropical climate, natural scenery, traditional cuisine, and tax incentives make it a destination for travelers from around the world.
Originally populated by the indigenous Taíno people, the island was claimed in 1493 by Christopher Columbus for Spain during his second voyage. Later it endured invasion attempts from the French, Dutch, and British. Four centuries of Spanish colonial government influenced the island's cultural landscapes with waves of African slaves, Canarian, and Andalusian settlers. In the Spanish Empire, Puerto Rico played a secondary, but strategic role when compared to wealthier colonies like Peru and the mainland parts of New Spain. Spain's distant administrative control continued up to the end of the 19th century, helping to produce a distinctive creole Hispanic culture and language that combined elements from the Native Americans, Africans, and Iberians. In 1898, following the Spanish–American War, the United States acquired Puerto Rico under the terms of the Treaty of Paris. The treaty took effect on April 11, 1899.Puerto Ricans are by law citizens of the United States and may move freely between the island and the mainland. As it is not a state, Puerto Rico does not have a vote in the United States Congress, which governs the territory with full jurisdiction under the Puerto Rico Fe ...
