CHINA TRIP 2018 | itsmaisyjane
Hey!
So this is a montage of the China trip that I made.
This trip was so amazing and was honestly such a once in a lifetime experience that I am so grateful to have experienced, so a huge thank you for my parents for giving me the opportunity to experience this, and thank you to my friends who made this trip such a special experience that I will never forget.
I just wanted to make a video so that I could look back and remember the amazing time we had on this trip.
This trip was organised by my school, so thanks to them as well.
Thank you so much for watching!

Awesome Autumn Scenes after Rain at China's Zhangjiajie National Forest Park
Zhangjiajie in autumn and after rain best presents its merits of World Natural Heritage and World Geopark status.
It is China's first national forest park set up in 1982 to cover 4,810 hectares. Apart from genuine trees, Zhangjiajie is known for its forest of Karst landscape of quartz-sandstone pillars which look like trees.
Autumn rains always arise as vapor mist before condensing into light clouds. Zhangjiajie in this season and after rainfall would change over from a reality of natural forest into a surreality of fairyland.
There are over 500 tree species in Zhangjiajie, including Dawn Redwood which was presumed extinct until re-identified in 1948. The lush trees and dense undergrowth provide ideal habitats for such rare animals as giant salamanders and rhesus monkeys.
The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) added Zhangjiajie to its World Natural Heritage list in December 1992 and promulgated it as among the first World Geoparks in 2004.
Zhangjiajie's spectacular scenery has inspired settings of international movies like Avatar.

Wulingyuan Scenic Area - UNESCO World Heritage Site
Wulingyuan Scenic Area is one of the most incredible UNESCO World Heritage site landscapes we've ever seen. A large area of tall quartzite pinnacles sticking up out of deep sandstone valleys, the landscape is both beautiful and remarkable. Although it's long been known to the Chinese, it really came to the world's attention when it inspired the landscapes in the movie Avatar. Let's go exploring!
