Coming to Africa for living at the early 1980s, Mr. George Chen is among those earliest Chinese who came to this continent after the Opening and Reform of China.
As a senior Chinese-South African, people here call him Uncle Chen, according to the Chinese custom. What's more, Uncle Chen has another tag here, the co-founder of the Johannesburg China Town, and the first president of China Town management committee.
