This week I went to Vancouver Gun Range (DVC) in Port Coquitlam and got to lay down some serious firepower down range. I even shot the Smith and Wesson 500 (S&W) which is the world's most powerful production handgun.

Guns and the sun blazing in Pitt Meadows
Starting Thursday, 287 competitors at the International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC) Canada National Championships will pull out their guns to show off their shooting skills at the Thompson Mountain Shooting Association's 60-acre shooting range in Pitt Meadows.

We travelled about an hour via public transport from Burnaby to Port Coquitlam where we visited and experienced our first ever GUN RANGE!!!
(Sorry if the quality of sound is not great we filmed on the GoPro which doesn't have the best audio and switched to the Iphone but not sure this was any better!)
Break Down on Prices:
Admission - $30each
Targets $2each
So you get the guns free but pay for the bullets so we picked two different hand guns, AR15 rifle and a revolver - we are not sure on the type of hand guns or revolver.
Bullets: (you can share them between each other if you want)
Hand Gun - 9mm bullets of 50 rounds - $39
Rifle - 223 bullets of 25 rounds - $32
Revolver - 357 Magnum of 25 rounds - $30
