Pink Campbell Rd is a quarter mile blacktop that ends at the base of the Greenville water shed. Two other homes are on this road, and one is a vacation home. You turn left off Pink Campbell into a long gravel drive to this house and its tranquil setting.
As you approach the home around the circular drive to main entrance, you are greeted by a house that is balanced within the natural setting. On the right is a spring fed stream that has never dried. The landscape area on both sides is in balance. You can see the one acre Market Garden and other stream. House is situated on 5.9 acres.
The Market Garden has been cultivated in sustainable practices, producing specialty vegetable, flowers and herbs, for sale to local markets and restaurants. The woods area supports mushroom growing and woods plants. There is an area off one stream to create a small sitting pond.
The siding of home is cedar, which is bug resistance. The 40 foot deck overlooks the natural stream. You walk onto the deck from an all glass south wall.
One enters home through a small formal greeting room, into a very open floor plan. Kitchen, dining room, and living room are open. A vaulted ceiling with a skylight creates an expansive space.
The master bedroom downstairs, with its new large tiled luxurious bathroom and cathedral ceiling opens on to deck.
The stairs and landing leading to second level is custom built from oak trees removed from site construction. All floors are covered in wood and ceramic tile. Easy to clean and free of toxic materials. The upstairs has two bedrooms. One is open and the other is large with spacious closets. Both overlook the market garden and woods. Mountain views when leaves have taken flight.
There is a heated basement that is used as a storage and mini gym. An Infar-ray sauna is available. Runs on 110, cleans toxins and softens skin.
Heat can be delivered through the heat pump, wood furnace, and use of passive solar storage.
One can consider this home Eco-Green, and utility friendly.

Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.
Learning by listening is a great way to:
- increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills
- improves your own spoken accent
- learn while on the move
- reduce eye strain
Now learn the vast amount of general knowledge available on Wikipedia through audio (audio article). You could even learn subconsciously by playing the audio while you are sleeping! If you are planning to listen a lot, you could try using a bone conduction headphone, or a standard speaker instead of an earphone.
