I worked alongside a member of the association and filmed/photographed across the road, checking for any vehicle drivers committing driving related offences i.e. parking on double yellow line. The idea was to expose the criminals and cut down on the crimes.

Police are desperately renewing their appeal for witnesses after a woman was left for dead following a brutal sex attack at a children's playground - which was so horrific people could hear her screaming.
The woman endured a violent and sustained sexual assault at a kid's park off Cedar Road in Leicester 12 days ago.
She left her home address shortly after midnight on the morning of August 3, and at around 00:40am was seen by CCTV cameras entering the One Stop shop in Evington Road where she bought a Monster energy drink and a bottle of vodka.
But what happened to her between then and when she was found three hours later at 4:45am, remains a mystery.

Leicester council is wasting money on bodged road repairs, just like all the streets off Evington Road, there are partitions in the road where it hasnt been rolled over on propoerly and the laying is loose and crumbling and the road no doubt this will start to crumble within days. The paint from the lines has dripped in places.
Everyone thought this was the underlayer and were shocked when they re-opened the road at midday on 25th March 2011, the remaining part of the road has not even been painted and has a fresh lay. The road is still wet and soft so will subside as vehicles are driven over it.
LEICESTER CITY COUNCIL - When you give out contracts then do you not inspect the work afterwards? All the cuts and budget restraints yet you had the money to ruin a perfectly good Road which only needed patching, the road is not level and no doubt will need further repairs soon, I would be surprised if the road survives the winter as water will get into the cracks and expand when it freezes thus causing damage = More money you dont have and more closed roads !!! WHAT A CHEAP BODGE JOB AT A TIME WHEN YOUR BUDGET IS SUPPOSED TO BE THIN. IS THIS WHAT OUR MONEY IS BEING SPENT ON? SUB STANDARD REPAIRS WHICH WILL NEED MORE MONEY TO FIX, GUESS TO HAS THE CONTRACT FOR THIS?
