Local people in Ferring particularly wanted to avoid developers building on their one area of remaining green space, so they used a series of Community Right to Build Orders within their Neighbourhood Plan to make an ambitious idea possible.

This was an interesting find. By the time I found these it was getting dark so I was expecting them to be closed but the cleaner was just cleaning the ladies and said I could use them so I thought I would take my chance to see what the ladies would be like for when I return and was very surprised to see a HLTP Domino. I have only ever seen one of these before which was in The Mitre Hotel in Manchester and it is almost identical to a Shires Lynx just a different name. The flush was good and I thanked the cleaner and will return for the men's next year. There was only 2 WCs in the ladies and expecting the same in the men's but with a urinal as well.
