We came here on the reviews from previous patrons. The bartender put on the huge screen just for us to watch curling while we ate. Very thoughtful. The food was very good and tasty. The waitress was quick and helpful. Enjoyed eating here and would highly recommend it to anyone passing through.

The creation of Single Malt 1 began with a dream that culminated in an eloquent blend of strength and beauty. This 60 foot yacht boasts an Independent Shipwrights’ grand hull design that has long been demanded by the commercial fishing fleets operating on the West Coast of Canada. Working side-by-side with builders at Independent Shipwrights, the current owner implemented modifications to the hull that were designed to improve stability, increase fuel efficiency and augment interior space.
This desire to create a top-of-the-line long range trawler also included equipping the interior with the best of everything: exotic hard and soft woods that display the highest level of craftsmanship; a commercial grade galley; a salon fit for a baby-grand piano; heated tiles and towel bars that is amazing on the chilly mornings; 3 AC units installed but never used, a loaded pilot house; and a stand up properly laid-out engine room that has to be seen to be believed.
