Diving at Sail Rock with Blue Horizon Diving and Adventures
Introduction to FreeDiving (in Koh Phangan, by Pablo Kliksberg) 2016
After taking the first level course for Freediving I was so happy that I wanted to shared this information with others. So I made this video with some basic concepts about what Freediving is. For that I use texts comments and some pictures and videos I took diving in Koh Tao (Sharks Island), near Koh Phangan.
Free Diving is mainly a pack of techniques/skills that allows us safely and efficiently to dive without using tank, by just holding the breath. After the first level course one is able to:
* dive safe until 20 meters deep
* improve the capacity of holding the breath
* move our bodies for efficient use of the oxygen
* stay longer under water and go deep
Some essential techniques and concepts are: streaching, warming up, breathing techniques, using gear, buddy system, equalization and rescue, body movement.
For more information about the course, search for a certificated free diver instructor. If you are in Koh Phangan you could contact by Facebook to the school Fish & Ships Freediving Koh Phangan. Here the link:

Whale shark chasing divers at Sail Rock 28 December 2016 Underwater video
Considered the premier dive site in the Gulf of Thailand, Sail Rock is a pinnacle which rises to 15m above and 40m below the surface. Sail Rock lies between Koh Phangan and Koh tao. It's famous for its natural underwater vertical swim through or chimney which divers can enter at 6 metres and exit at 18. It is also the visiting site of many larger pelagic fish including chevron barracuda, big schools of mackerel, jacks, trevally and tuna. You may encounter a seasonal whale shark with over 40 spotted at Sail Rock in 2013 alone. Giant moray eels and lion fish have also taken up residency. The Trigger fish are also very playful during their nesting period!

Wreck Diving in Koh Tao - HTMS Sattakut
HD footage we've collected from the HTMS Sattakut over the last year. The HTMS Sattakut is a Thai Navy ship and was sunk on the 18th June 2011 to create another dive site for Koh Tao. After one year on the sea bed there is lots of marine life to find on the wreck and now it is one of Koh Tao's most popular dive sites.

SHARK POINT KOH PHI PHI (Study Abroad Thailand)
Spent about 2-3 hours trying to find Shark Point on Koh Phi Phi . Hint: if there is not a place to rent fins, then you have not reached shark point. It was a truly incredible experience swimming out to see the sharks. There are fish below you the entire time! So if you get tired of swimming, take a break and just enjoy whatever is underneath you, it's all so beautiful.
