River Camping in Fort Nelson, BC | RV Boondocking in Canada | Visiting Fort Nelson, BC, Canada
We finally joined up with @steering to start making our way to Alaska! Fort Nelson was one of longer stops along the way in BC. We stayed on the bed of the Muskwa River for a week. Our time was absolutely glorious. The kids had a blast running around and playing around in the water, we caught up and relaxed and spent some time planning how to tackle our trip! The guys tested out our Intex K2 inflatable kayaks and took a float down the river. We explored the town, enjoyed a visit to the Rec Center, met some locals and enjoyed talking to them! We also met up with a local family who grilled us moose burgers - thanks again Sharon and Chris - it was a blast!
