4th Street Lilac Festival - Exploring Calgary Communities!
This free one day event is the start up to Calgary's vibrant festival season, and encourages everyone to shake off their winter blues and reintroduce themselves to the thriving creative community in Calgary.
Each spring, thousands of attendees come out to enjoy the unique and pedestrian friendly 4th Street venue, offering an array of musical talent, artisan vendors, quality entertainment and some perfect people watching. Not to mention some absolutely amazing Capoeira from Capoeira Aché Brasil Calgary!
At the Lilac Festival, there is an activity made for all ages. This could mean a jump in the bouncer for the kids, discovering a great new band, choosing a perfect summer patio or searching for a trendy fashion; there is no shortage of things happening.
The 4th Street Festival showcases emerging local musicians to showcase their talents. With six stages hosting over 30 performances throughout the day, it is one of Calgary's best attended festivals.
Playing host to over 500 vendors that vary from artisan crafts, to imported wares, to community organizations and more!

This is a BRAND NEW MacNeil tunnel w/ QuickFire wraps, AirBlade and AirCannon dryers! Never seen a setup like this at a PetroCanada. This also used to have a rare vintage tunnel system that I was unable to identify, due to me never being able to check it out. Not to mention, they also do detailing but you have a choice, just exterior or detailing (exterior and interior). Overall, this is a brand new and great car wash and I will recommend anyone who lives in the Downtown Calgary area or in Calgary.

4th Street underpass opens
Just in time for the vehicle gridlock exiting a Flames game, the new Fourth Street S.E. underpass was opened today. The $70 million, four-lane underpass, connects the Stampede grounds to the new East Village development via Olympic Way. The crossing also gives drivers another option to crossing the CPR rail tracks downtown.
