The 110 km French River drains Ontario's Canadian Shield. The Ojibwe named it for French explorers. A 1952 Trans-Canada Highway bridge and later pedestrian bridge cross the channel.

This year has been terrible for star watchers like myself. The opportunities to capture the sky with my camera were rare due to the never ending rain. Here is what I was able to photograph this year. I hope you enjoy it!

Haunted House in French River
One of the haunted houses near the French River, Ontario bridge. This little house stands on top of a hill all by itself as if Casper owned the house!
