Des visites virtuelles de condos, une présentation de Mariette Clermont, Meubles Design pour Condos. Dans ce vidéo-clip, vous aurez un aperçu virtuel des unités G1 dans le projet Le 21ième Arrondissement, du promoteur Groupe Prével.
Situés à la bordure du Vieux-Montréal et à deux pas du centre-ville, pratique parce que tout près du bureau pour beaucoup d'entre vous, le 21e Arrondissement vous offre un agréable environnement urbain. Dans ce projet, les unités G1, des condos avec deux chambres à coucher, viennent, entre autres, avec une belle grande terrasse.
L'espace salle à manger et salon est une aire ouverte donnant sur la terrasse. Il s'agit d'une surface de 275 pi.ca. environ ou 26 m. ca. Un comptoir-lunch sépare cet espace de vie de la cuisine. De grandes fenêtres, sur deux côtés, procurent beaucoup de lumière du jour.
Les condos urbains offrent des espaces plus restreints que les maisons d'antan. En conséquence, nous essaierons de ne pas surcharger le décor avec trop de meubles ou avec du mobilier trop gros.
L'exemple montre des dossiers bas et des matières transparentes comme le verre, l'acrylique ou le polycarbonate, ceci afin de conserver l'impression d'un espace dégagé.
Ici, nous avons utilisé des couleurs chaudes et un plancher au fini bois dans le but de rapidement faire oublier l'aspect froid du béton et créer à la place une atmosphère chaleureuse et douillette.
Vu d'un autre angle, on voit que les grandes fenêtres constituent un précieux atout à exploiter dans la conception du décor. Elles vous procurent un sentiment d'ouverture sur l'extérieur et une impression de grande liberté. Comme vous le voyez dans cet exemple, il est primordial que vous conserviez un espace de circulation suffisant. Il est préférable de déterminer les surfaces d'espace libre requises d'abord et de ne choisir ensuite que des meubles de format « condos ». Votre condo vous offrira alors un espace confortable et des plus agréables.
Vue à partir de la cuisine, vous voyez que l'accès à la terrasse contribue aussi à créer un effet d'espace. Nous avons donc essayé de pas obstruer cette belle vue avec du mobilier trop haut. Nous avons évité d'utiliser des chaises de salle à manger à haut dossier ou des meubles de salon à dossier trop volumineux. Visuellement, vous pouvez profiter de cet accès à la terrasse pour donner à votre décor un caractère et un charme tout à fait unique.
