Our visit to Geo W. Childs State Park, and Dingman's Falls in Dingmans Ferry PA. One of the prettiest places in Pike County - it's free and a relatively easy walking path, though people who can not do some steps should take care - there are not a LOT of steps, compared to other waterfalls, but there are some.

Our next stop was to the George W. Childs Recreation Site, which is only a few minutes away from Dingmans Falls (a few miles upstream on the same creek). There are three main waterfalls here, picnic spots and (although I don't think you're supposed to) plenty of places to swim. If you're in the area and want to have a cookout, come here!

Only a 6 minute drive from Dingmans Falls is the George W. Childs Recreation Site.
