La bodega, ubicada en Los Sauces, Tunuyán (Valle de Uco), posee una capacidad de elaboración de 125.000 litros.
Luego de cosechadas, las uvas son ingresadas a la bodega para su elaboración a través de un sistema que consta de una cinta transportadora y doble mesa vibrante de selección de racimos y granos, para iniciar su proceso de la forma más natural posible, sin sufrir ningún tipo de presiones.
Está equipada además con maquinaria de última generación, tanques de acero inoxidable y barricas de roble. Lo cual unido a las prácticas más tradicionales, un cuidadoso trabajo artesanal y la búsqueda constante del perfeccionamiento, permite crear los vinos que tanto gustan para compartir.

The lodge is located in Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina, just an hour and a half away from the city of Mendoza.
Alpasion Lodge, has 5 luxurious double guest rooms with private terrace, cable TV and Wi-FI internet. Each room has a unique style based on one of the elements: metal, wood, earth, air, water, fire. Three of the guest rooms can be configured as twins if required.
There is also a children’s room with four bunk beds and an adjacent playroom. Our facilities include a Wine Cellar, to taste an excellent variety of wines from the region, a large dining room, cozy living room to unwind and a library with a fireplace where you can enjoy reading our collection of books.
