Cracking interview with Sean Golding (@Stoatphone) from Golding's Free Dive ( Wellington explaining how, as a young bar, they used the cloud and tech to get the 'boring stuff' out of the way as fast as possible allowing him and his staff to concentrate on being an awesome bar.
And a big thank you for allowing us to record so many of our shows in the bar, or Studio 1 as we know it as.

Sabco Brew-Magic New Zealand Hop Harvest Brew
Garage Project packed up it's Sabco Brew-Magic and headed off to the Hop Fields of Motueka, New Zealand. The goal was to brew a beer in the fields, using hops picked directly from the Bines. Something uniquely possible with a small system like the Sabco Brew-Magic.
We ended up at Colin Oldham's farm and the beer that resulted we called Oldham's Farm Harvest'. We'll be back next year for sure!
Garage Project is a brewery based in Wellington, New Zealand that is relentlessly experimental. We started by brewing 24 different beers in 24 on our Brew-Magic, and have gone on from there.
You can read more about the beer and our brewery here:

Beyond the Pale - NZ Fringe Festival Beer 2014
Here is a beer that we hope embodies everything that is great about the New Zealand Fringe Festival. It's new, a little bizarre (some might even say weird), definitely experimental and above all fun. Sour malt, wheat and pilsner malt combine with sumac spice, lemon and hibiscus to create a shocking pink beer, with a candy floss head and a uniquely tart and refreshing palate. Brewed well beyond the pale, especially for the 2014 New Zealand Fringe Festival.

Ep 122 Mashing Arts & Tech with Stephanie Pride & TechWeek Wrap up
Source:
We catch up with Stephanie Pride about the Arts Tech (speed dating night) event she ran during Techweek 2017. This is where various people got together to create amazing ideas that use a mixture of arts and technology which lead to a showcase – where members of the public could come and see the presentation of the ideas the teams came up with.
“New Zealand’s arts, science and tech sectors come together to transform classical performing arts for the 21st century.”
After an epic week traveling around the North Island our weary travellers made it back to Wellington to Goldings Free Dive for the wrap up of the week. The script was flipped however when the crowd at Goldings started asking our heros the questions this time. Some amazing stories (including whats going to happen to Farming in NZ and the future of food!). We also ponder the big question “Who’s your Rossie?”
Thanks to all that come along and we hope you had a great time.
