Hillside Centre Mall, Victoria BC Canada, TIs on Gangstalker Gathering
These are some of the gangstalking perps we picked out in the crowd at the Hillside Centre mall in the Greater Victoria area on December 29,2018. The signs of perps are they never do much or go anywhere, they will walk extra slow or extra fast to time their departure and arrivals, just to loiter around excessively. They do not behave like normal non perp people going about doing their business. They will point their hands, elbows, knees, foot, adjust their hair, clothing, rub thier eyes, faces, excessively compared to regular people. These excessive motions are signals to other perps.
The bearded guy towards end of the video, I have seen in another video at the mall. Bearded glasses guy always seems to be at the same time and place we are at. It is not coincidence when it happens more than 5 times. It is the guy with glasses. We counted about 7 perps on video and outside of video. This is good because YouTube system pressure us channels to be always producing content like a machine. It gets us TIs everywhere excited to be sharing perps all over the Internet. The Google/YouTube system is telling us the show must go on.
The other TI later pointed out the couple at the very beginning of this video, man in red shirt, woman in yellow shirt being very perpy. He said the man starred like he got information on two strangers from his handler.

Hillside Mall Undercover Security Incident: May 26 2019
May 26 in the afternoon I came upon this scene. In editing only blurred the two women's faces who were under attack.
To see two large men on top of a woman yelling Help. I can't breathe!. Was intense.
The judgement that people held as thy were told she stole was scary and harsh.
This society creates unnecessary suffering. Creates the unemployed and the homeless than judges them when thy do what they need to to survive. I know folks steal, I been angered by my bike or trailer being stolen, I get it.
However, To chase and confine and hold down a person who stole is really sick!
Once you see who it is, you got their foto and the goods, why would you then feel the need to be a patriarchal bully and hold her down?
Sick power trip friends and community.
Not cool! Just NO!
Its stuff! People steal to get food, to pay rent, to buy alcohol and drugs both pharmaceutical and street and again due to Criminalization and poverty people steal!
Have some analysis for gods sake!
People actively helped these two men whose ID they never even asked for, I was only one, to confine her.
People decided she was guilty and that justified this horrible behaviour.
Look at this tragic case of racist poor bashing in Colten Bouchie's story:
We must look at how we are treating folks similarly as citizens did in Germany before WW2.
Most Passers By had no idea what to do. Many have looks of horror on their faces. The blonde woman in her 50's is very aggressive. She starts a fight with the young woman who fights back.
In editing I get to see and hear frame by frame. The VICPD took way too long to gain control over the situation.
He ought to have asked her to back right away immediately. Instead he allows her to continue her aggressions with her body language, always moving towards the young woman not away.
The VICPD than shoves younger woman onto ground judging she was aggressor.
The blonde woman touched the young woman first.
IN the meantime, as the VICPD was distracted with this aggressive woman, the aggressive undercover gets his hands on the back of the woman neck (aggressive) and gets his body onto her back again and she try's to get him to back off. In that altercation he draws her back and her foot almost throat kicks him.
This is not her fault.

Shopping centres across Greater Victoria look for competitive edge
VICTORIA -- Uptown Shopping Centre has completed construction on phase two of the development and several new stores are open. Among the most popular, Fovever 21 and coming soon H & M February 21st and Joe Fresh in March. The large fashion stores not found anywhere else are helping to attract shoppers in droves, and it's all part of gaining a competitive edge on the competition.
Several shopping centres in Greater Victoria are undergoing renovations to keep with the times, Hillside, Mayfair and Tillicum among them. Target will open its doors at Tillicum in April, followed by Hillside in 2014.
But merchants downtown say they are still number one when it comes to numbers. More than 500 stores and hundreds of restaurants dot the downtown core. However parking and tough economic times have contributed to a higher than normal vacancy rate, as many stores available for lease sit empty.
The current vacancy rate sits at about 8 percent, nearly double the number in recent years. The Downtown Victoria Business Association hopes several new condo buildings slated to be finished in the next year or two will bring more people downtown to live and shop.
But for now downtown must compete with all shopping centres for a piece of the retail pie.
