Iguazu Falls Argentinian & Brazilian side 2019 | Foz do Iguacu and Tri-country border
Iguazú Falls were bloody epic, so we're mega excited to show you a video of our time there. Arriving from Paraguay, we hopped over to see the Argentinian side of Iguazú Falls before spending the day on the Brazilian side of Iguazu. This video features the upper and lower trails of the Argentinian side and the famous Iguazu Falls Devil's Throat, plus an boat ride to the waterfalls from the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls. We also stopped by the triple border to see the point in the river where Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay meet.
Iguazu Falls makes it into our two-week itinerary in Southern Brazil as a must-see:

Brazil - RIO - CHRIST THE REDEEMER - IGUAZU FALLS
Brazil is the first country I traveled solo. I was scared at first but I slowly gained confidence day by day. As a solo traveler, I initially booked group tours until I was very confident at taking local transportations and tour on my own.
After I visited Iguazu Falls on the Brazilian side, I visited the Argentinian Side few days later. You can check it out in my other videos. In my opinion, the Argentinian side is better.
Thank you for watching.

Exploring The Waterfalls Of Foz Do Iguacu / Chefs Making A Brazilian Dessert
Exploring The Waterfalls Of Foz Do Iguacu / Chefs Making A Brazilian Dessert
In this video, we take you with us to Foz do Iguaçu, to explore impressive waterfalls.
First we went to the waterfalls on the Brazilian side, these waterfalls are not strictly speaking a waterfall, but a set of 275 waterfalls forming a front of about 3 kilometers. An impressive show as we find ourselves in the heart of its waterfalls. The feeling is very powerful with this force that water offers us.
Then we offer a typical recipe from Brazil, composed of acai sorbet (it is an exclusively Brazilian fruit palm) and Tapioca cake. In other words, Brazilian pancakes.
Finally, we take you to the Marcos das tres fronteras a place that symbolizes the point between the three borders of Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil.
Dessert recipe with acai and tapioca:
White chocolate ganache:
100g of white chocolate - 50g of cream - 20g butter
Heat the cream to a simmer. Pour on the chocolate in pieces. Stir in the butter with the maryse. Reserve cool.
Cream mounted with mango:
150g of cream-3/4 mango - 30g icing sugar - 20g butter
Make a thick mango coulis. Beat the cream to get a firm whip cream. Stir in the whipped cream with the coulis. Book fresh
Tapioca Galette:
200g of Tapioca powder
Lay a thin layer of tapioca powder in a skillet in baking pieces to make a circular shape. Cook 2min, return and repeat the same operation.
Jelly with red Martini:
200g of red Martini-100g of sugar - 3 sheets of gelatine
Arrange the martini in a saucepan, flambé to remove the alcohol. Add the sugar and add the gelatin. Then place in a well-sized container in the fridge.
Crispy granola:
150g of granola-100g of honey-50g of butter
Caramelize with the butter and honey, add the granola and cook for 10 minutes while stirring.
Make a harmonious training and then dispose at the last moment two small quenelles of Acai sorbet or red fruit if you did not find any.

How To See The Incredible Iguazu Falls
The Iguazu Falls are an incredible sight to behold. But how can you see them cheaply and easily when backpacking? This video will show you how we saw the falls from the Argentina side (easy to do in a day).
You can also cross and visit from the Brazil side but only having one full day we headed to the falls on the bus from Puerto Iguazu after seeing the river that divides Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil. We took the train (free) to the main Devils Throat and then walked around 80% of the trails before getting rained on.
There is so much water, wildlife and beauty to this area and a much needed change from the city. It was to be our last stop in Argentina before crossing into Brazil on the road to carnival.
We are so new to vlog travel, having just provided highlights set to music before (see the SE Asia series). SO this adventure is filmed and edited on the road, in hostels, on the ground with THE most slow WIFI. Having to travel and edit is going to be challenging. We would love for you to follow us in the journey and hope the videos provide good information if you are planning to travel to the area or just interested. If it helps just one of you, then thats amazing!
We are set to head to RIO for carnival and who knows! SO make sure to subscribe to see where we end up.
Join as we learn how to navigate this continent and this world, with a backpack on and camera set to record. Our day to day experiences, the highs and the low. REAL backpacking, hostels, transport.

Cataratas do Iguaçu / Iguazu Falls
Iguazu Falls (Portuguese: Cataratas do Iguaçu Guarani: Chororo Yguasu) are waterfalls of the Iguazu River on the border of Brazilian State Paraná and Argentine Province Misiones. The falls divide the river into the upper and lower Iguazu. The Iguazu River rises near the city of Curitiba. It flows through Brazil for most of its course. Below its confluence with the San Antonio River, the Iguazu River forms the boundary between Argentina and Brazil.
The name Iguazu comes from the Guarani or Tupi words y [ɨ], meaning water, and ûasú [waˈsu], meaning big. Legend has it that a god planned to marry a beautiful woman named Naipí, who fled with her mortal lover Tarobá in a canoe. In rage, the god sliced the river, creating the waterfalls and condemning the lovers to an eternal fall. The first European to find the falls was the Spanish conquistador Álvar Núñez Cabeza de Vaca in 1541.
Brazil. Part 1. Foz do Iguazu
Brazil is my last country in America in my travel around the world, and very important country to me. This video is the first one in the series of videos about Brazil and it is about Foz do Iguazu, my first city in Brazil and the city which made me fall in love with Brazil immediately.
