Oh deer! Wild fawn on the loose in downtown Vancouver
There's plenty of urban wildlife on the South Coast, but a young deer strolling the streets of downtown is something most haven't seen.

Cycling Vancouver Island, British Columbia - 330km South Island Gravel Grind
To celebrate Canada's 150th birthday I set out on a 3 day, 330km bike trip using the newly connected Great Trail as my road. I was able to ride from Downtown Victoria to Nitinat Lake on Vancouver Island's West Coast with barely 30 minutes spent on pavement. Using the tiny community of Caycuse on the far end Lake Cowichan as my base camp I could travel ultra lite and focus on enjoying my time in the saddle, taking in the unrivalled beauty that this island has to offer.
The ride back was split between between trail and road, skirting Shawnigan Lake and crossing the beautiful Saanich Inlet by ferry, before finishing my trip with a short climb up to the Victoria Observatory in West Saanich. Vancouver Island truly is a gem.

Stanley Park in under 5 minutes - Vancouver Canada
Stanley Park is in Vancouver Canada and is over 1,000 acres large and has so much to see that it's almost impossible to see it all in a day. So Teece and I attempted it to show you everything you need to see. Did we miss anything? Let us know by leaving a comment. Also, which is your favourite attraction? Probably the Stanley Park seawall. Going for a bike ride on the seawall is everyone's favourite. If you're wondering what to do in vancouver, this should be at the top of your list.

Vancouver BC Canada Cycling
Vancouver Cycling on the waterfront all along the coast from Point Grey to Burrard bridge (except Kitsilano street segment I didn't video) to Stanley Park then back to Beach Avenue to Dinner with family at the Boathouse Restaurant. A Double Speed Video. So this riding was actually very slow and leisurely since I had all day to ride it. With the camera strap tied in a knot to keep camera higher up on chest. This before I got my go pro camera.
Vancouver is arguably the best city in the world, or so some ratings say.
The Forest in the City - Vancouver Canada
I am travelling around America for 6 weeks. This was the first location we stayed at. Vancouver Canada. In the heart of this bustling metropolis is a natural forest, called Stanley Park.
Expect more America videos soon!

Why Outline? This forest is surrounded by the city of Vancouver. You rarely see this.

More about Stanley Park:
Stanley Park is a 1,001-acre public park that borders the downtown of Vancouver, Canada, and which is almost entirely surrounded by waters of the Pacific Ocean. Its land was originally used by Aboriginal peoples before it became a military reserve in the mid-1800s, when British Columbia was colonized by the British in 1858. Shortly after, when the city was established in 1886, the land was turned into Vancouver's first park.
Designated a national historic site in 1988, much of the park remains as densely forested as it was in the late 1800s, with an estimated half million trees, some of which stand as tall as 76 metres (249 ft) and are as many as hundreds of years old.[2][3] However, many trees were lost in three major windstorms that took place in the past 100 years, the last in 2006.
Unlike other large urban parks, Stanley Park is not the product of a landscape architect, but has evolved into its present, mixed-use configuration.[4] Significant effort was put into constructing the now nearly century old Vancouver Seawall, which can draw up to thousands of residents and visitors to the park every day.[5] The park also features forest trails, beaches, lakes, children's play areas, and the Vancouver Aquarium, among many other attractions.

Every Single Trail - Stanley Park with Salomon Vancouver
Have you ever visited Stanley Park?
On August 11th 2019, the Salomon Vancouver Team put together a run around Stanley Park, in Vancouver, BC.
The goal was to explore our backyard further and explore every single trail of the park, where most of the 8 million people who visit it every year only stick to the beautiful seawall.

Hello Friends, if you don't know who I am, here's a little more about me.
My name is Brice.
I was born in Rennes, France.
After graduating from film school in 2003, I moved to Paris, starting a career in the film industry.
One of my first assignment was assistant editor on an animal documentary. Presented by Warner Independent Pictures and National Geographic Feature Films, March of the Penguins became a box office hit and Oscar winning documentary touching the hearts of audiences around the globe.
My time spent in Paris was shared between his film editing and my love of photography.
In 2009 I decided to follow my long sought after dream and moved to Canada.
My passion for photography soon became an obvious career and, whether it is for portraits at my Vancouver studio, or for larger commercial jobs on location, all around the world, I am now happy and proud to devote all of my time and energy doing what I love most. Photographing/filming athletes for running brands and magazines, and capturing my adventures for outdoors brands.
When I am not photographing big commercial projects, I also work on personal projects like Studio to Trails. Which has been widely popular in North America amongst the trail running community.
My client list includes: Salomon, TED, New Balance, Asics, AirBnb, Canadian Running Magazine, British Columbia Magazine, Trail Runner Magazine.
Walking in Downtown Vancouver Canada. Coal Harbour Area. Seaside City.
Coal Harbour in Vancouver Canada is a nice place to take a stroll or go jogging or a wild bike ride.
Located by the seaside it provides smooth access to Stanley Park, which is a favourite destination for people visiting the city.
Enjoy the ocean side smells and the glorious views of the mountains. This is what makes this city so special.

Rollerblading the Stanley Park Seawall in Vancouver Canada on a gorgeous afternoon (4k video tour)
My 4k video where I rollerblade around the Stanley Park seawall bike trail. It's a beautiful location to rollerblade, even though the bike path becomes very narrow at some points, and taking full strides becomes difficult to do.
There were a lot of people walking, cycling, and running on the seawall as well as a lot of tourists who were there to get photos of beautiful Stanley park and the waterfront area. In this video, I give you a first person look doing a full loop of full Stanley park seawall.
Depending where you are on the seawall, you can see North Vancouver across Burrard inlet, and the downtown Vancouver skyline. You can also see the Royal Vancouver yacht club, Naval museum for HMCS Discovery, Harry Jerome statue, Brockton point lighthouse, SS Empress of Japan figurehead, great views of the Lion's Gate Bridge overhead, Salish Rock and much more!
Cyclists and roller bladers are require to go counter clockwise on the Stanley Park protion of the seawall to prevent collisions and problems.
