One of the most popular tours to do in Jasper Alberta, Canada is the Jasper SkyTram. We want to take you on a quick tour of the Jasper SkyTram, what we thought of it and if its something we would recommend you do on your trip to Alberta.
Overall, we did enjoy the Jasper SkyTram but the question we want to explore is, is it worth it? There are definitely some cons to the Jasper SkyTram and if you're planning on heading to Jasper Alberta check out our video and see if it something you think is worth it.

Nous avons été privilégiés car le brouillard matinal s'était complètement dissipé. De plus, plusieurs commentaires que nous avions lus sur le net mentionnaient qu'il faisait plutôt froid au sommet.
Lors de notre passage, la température était vraiment idéale. Le vent était absent, permettant ainsi à la chaleur d'être au rendez-vous.
La vue au sommet est spectaculaire par temps clair. On peut y admirer la ville de Jasper ainsi que plusieurs chaînes de montagnes, lacs et rivières.
Nous avons même pu voir la pyramide blanche du mont Robson en Colombie-Britannique.
J'aimerais apporter une petite précision quant au sommet de cette montagne. Le téléphérique nous amène à la station supérieure, mais celle-ci n'est pas située au sommet de la montagne.
En fait, il faut prendre un sentier de randonnée d'une longueur d'un peu plus d'un kilomètre pour se rendre véritablement au sommet.
Nous aurions aimé entreprendre cette randonnée jusqu'au sommet, mais comme nous avions réservé nos places sur une croisière sur le lac Maligne, nous avons dû omettre cette activité car nous n'aurions pas eu assez de temps.

Un agent nous accompagne durant la montée et ce dernier nous donne une foule d'informations sur les spécifications du téléphérique ainsi que sur les différents points de vue que l'on peut observer. Cette vidéo en donne un aperçu.

The best views in Jasper is by using Sky tram. Jasper sky tram is the longest and highest aerial tramway in Canada. It was built in 1964 and goes to a height of 2277 meters above sea level. It’s roughly 230 km north of Lake Louise. You can see the superb views of the mountains ????, the further you went beyond the top of the cable car the more stunning the view.

In this video, we explore the town of Jasper and Jasper National Park after driving the Icefields Parkway from Banff and Lake Louise to Jasper. We take a boat trip to Spirit Island on Lake Maligne, ride the Jasper SkyTram, hike into Maligne Canyon, and eat at some of the best restaurants in Jasper. Oh, and the wildlife!
The trip itself was not sponsored but some of the activities were, including the Jasper SkyTram, the boat trip via Pursuit, Becker's Chalets, and the two restaurants of Raven's Bistro and Syrah's of Jasper.
The Icefields Parkway is often ranked as the most scenic drive in the world, and we don't doubt that claim. It leads you to the small and beautiful town of Jasper, which is home to some of the most beautiful scenery on Earth.

Voyage dans l'ouest Canadien et Américain 2018 Ascension en Skytram du sommet de Whistler's Peak pour admirer les sommets avoisinant ainsi que certain aussi lointain que 76 km .
Nous somme resté coincé au sommet à cause des vents , impossible de redescendre durant plusieurs heures.

The Jasper SkyTram is the highest and longest guided aerial tramway in Canada. It goes to a height of 2,263 metres above sea level with a travel time of 7.5 minutes. The hike to the Whistlers Summit is 1.4 kilometres, it's a 200m elevation gain to 2,463 metres.
