Boxing Day Shopping at Mayfair Mall, Victoria. BC
Boxing Day, held every December 26, is known primarily as a shopping sale day in Canada, The day after Christmas, December 26th, is a public (or statutory) holiday called Boxing Day across Canada. This means it is basically a day off for everyone and if you have to go to work, you should be paid time and a half.
The name comes from a time when the rich used to box up gifts to give to the poor. Boxing Day was traditionally a day off for servants and the day when they received a 'Christmas Box' from the master. The servants would also go home on Boxing Day to give 'Christmas Boxes' to their families.
Boxing Day is a federal holiday and is listed in the Canadian Labour Code as a holiday. However, it is not uniformly observed in all provinces and territories. It is not an official holiday in Quebec, nor is it a statutory holiday in Alberta and British Columbia.
Some of the most popular items to put on your Boxing Day shopping list include electronics, Christmas decorations, appliances, children's toys, and winter clothing. Christmas-related items especially will be heavily discounted during Boxing Day sales in Canada as stores need to clear out remaining items. So this is a good day to restock wrapping paper, lights, decorations, etc. so you're ready for next year's festivities. Winter clothing (coats, hats, boots, etc.) is also a good thing to focus on, since many retailers will want to start making room for spring items.

RL (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Mayfair Centre Victoria BC Canada 10/20/2018 Part 1
These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
The female organized harassment perp in the green car was waiting for us even before we left Mayfair Centre shopping mall. She just sat there in the car with her lights on. I am sure the gangstalking perps inside the mall used their phone app to communicate where my Targeted Individual friend and I were at. We were not able to capture every single gangstalker perp that were inside the mall, but getting some is still productive. Getting whichever perp is not that important as any perp will do for our purposes. The viewers and subscribers want a show and they are not too concerned who becomes the show as long as someone is put on stage. I am cool with that. I owe it to the other TIs and the TI groups, or anyone else to produce some results for them.
The female perp in the green car looked like she was trying to hide her face and attempt to shrink into her car seat. The other black SUV with the perp doing the hand signs to the first perp's left just looks stupid and weird. Even the second perp car had some brains to leave fast when we started to record. A normal non perp would just leave, but gangstalking perps can't even go to the washroom to pee without handler instructions. That is too bad for them and gives us great footage. There was another perp red Audi SUV in the parking lot somewhere else, loitering around after the mall closed. I will try to find that one too and share too. Two perp guys one white, one Asian, were just standing at the parking entrance holding photographer cameras like they were doing a fashion photo shoot for no reason at all while we were giving it to the female perp in the green car and the perp in the other black car.
Back in June 2018, some Sidney (Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada) gangstalking perps were doing the same fashion photographer perp stunt at the Comic, Sci Fi, Cosplay trade show at the Mary Winspear Centre. One middle aged white woman with a camera, and white guy with glasses were walking around giving off gangstalker perp body language at the Sidney event. My security trained head radar went off. Some other friends were there and I followed a little behind to get a look at the organized harassment perps.

Why is Mayfair Mall expanding?
City planners have once again approved a commercial renovation project in the city of Victoria, British Columbia. Slated for a 72 Million dollar renovation, Mayfair mall at Douglas and Finlayson will expand by 100,000 square feet of new retail space. Yet Hillside Mall renovation still remains vacant to a great extent. Uptown city center has not yielded the commercial business they thought it would attract. Existing commercial retail vacancies are on the rise throughout the city.
What are the city planners, retail developers, and the general managers thinking? Why are they approving projects that do not reflect demand?

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
The October 20, 2018 Mayfair Centre video part 1 is the one with the dummy female gangstalking perp sitting in her green SUV covering her face with her hand while the black SUV with the other male perp was making one handed signs. We waited long enough to get the two perps to leave. They probably are on some sort of schedule and must rush off to harass the next Targeted Individual on their list? We were leaving and I noticed a red Audi SUV in the middle of the parking lot, loitering with it lights on. The perp driver in the white jacket was just sitting, starring, and spying in typical organized harassment perp fashion. The red Audi SUV would be to the right side of the video. I and the other TIs get a steady supply of media content, but the most watched contents seems to be the ones where the perp screw up, look stupid, and have stupid expressions on their faces. I am an opportunist, any content of foolish perps is fine with me.

(Victoria BC Canada) Mayfair Centre Customer and Staff Gangstalking Perp Tactics 10/20/2018
These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
Another Targeted Individual friend and I were at Mayfair Centre in Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada, minding out own business until the organized harassment perps starting roaming around just to spy and interfere. My friend noticed the pink jacket woman and her friend at a nearby table were playing their perp roles communicating with the perp food court cleaner staff. They got up and left when my friend started to talk about gangstalking perps, perp tactics, perp body language, etc. The old man with the glasses, dark jacket, dark ball cap was just circling the entire food court many times and sat next to us without buying anything, just sat next to us close enough to eavesdrop on our conversations, or look over at our mobile phones. Earlier a bearded man in glasses did a hand gesture in our direction before the old guy in the ball cap arrived. The bearded guy did the hand signal to point in our direction and the old ball cap guy came over to communicate to the two women, who then talked to the two perp cleaner staff to come up to our table to pretend to clean and get a closer look at our phone screens.
The woman gangstalking perp in the green vehicle was acting all suspicious and using her hand to cover her face while the other gangstalking perp in the next car over was doing all kinds of hand signs before taking off, in the black SUV. The women perp looking all failure and dejected was sitting in her car to loiter and spy even before we came out of the mall. We sat in my car so long to compare the perp photos and videos on our phones, that we forced her to leave before we did. The perps probably planned to wait for us to leave first and then they just follow around. We took too long and probably messed up their plans?

Shopping centres across Greater Victoria look for competitive edge
VICTORIA -- Uptown Shopping Centre has completed construction on phase two of the development and several new stores are open. Among the most popular, Fovever 21 and coming soon H & M February 21st and Joe Fresh in March. The large fashion stores not found anywhere else are helping to attract shoppers in droves, and it's all part of gaining a competitive edge on the competition.
Several shopping centres in Greater Victoria are undergoing renovations to keep with the times, Hillside, Mayfair and Tillicum among them. Target will open its doors at Tillicum in April, followed by Hillside in 2014.
But merchants downtown say they are still number one when it comes to numbers. More than 500 stores and hundreds of restaurants dot the downtown core. However parking and tough economic times have contributed to a higher than normal vacancy rate, as many stores available for lease sit empty.
The current vacancy rate sits at about 8 percent, nearly double the number in recent years. The Downtown Victoria Business Association hopes several new condo buildings slated to be finished in the next year or two will bring more people downtown to live and shop.
But for now downtown must compete with all shopping centres for a piece of the retail pie.

Shopping Selection Soars In The Capital
VICTORIA -- As spring approaches, shoppers are eager to hit the streets and malls. This summer they will have no shortage of options.
Mayfair Shopping Centre has several new stores, including Banana Republic, set to open in May; part of its strategy to bring high-end stores in, to stay competitive.
Over at Uptown Phase 2 is nearing completion and more stores will open in September, while other retailers such as Rockbebe and Plenty are still popping up in Phase 1. A daycare, restaurants and more retailers are scheduled to open in the coming months, pitting the development as the regions latest one stop shop.
On Monday, Hillside Shopping Centre will demolish its car care service centre, the first step in renovations that will take roughly two years. The biggest retailer moving in is Target, who will renovate the existing Zellers into a two story building.
And while malls are busy trying to lure shoppers, the downtown core is doing everything it can to stay viable. It boasts the largest number of locally owned shops in the region, and one of the biggest selections of unique clothiers.
The Downtown Victoria Business Association says the core offers a setting and activities unlike any other. Several Festivals are slatted for the summer, making the core the biggest multi use shopping area in the region.
