Craft beer drinkers in the city are about to get another, although a somewhat familiar, new microbrewery to sample. For brother-and-sister team Ravinder and Manjit Minhas, opening a micro brewery in N.E. Calgary is not only the culmination of a long-term goal, it’s also a homecoming of sorts. Rick Donkers reports.
