There's quite a buzz going about. Lots of people are asking if they've been seen locally, they want to know what's going on with them, and it's just really good to have something positive to talk about.

From what we can work out, they shop at Tesco, they eat at the burger van, they come to the White Eagle for food. They live a normal life really. They just get on with it. The locals here just don't seem to bother that much with them, really. It's a case of get on with life.

They see Kate and William in the local community. The people of Anglesey are quite unassuming and relatively low-key, and allow people to get on with their lives. They're not pestered and followed everywhere they go by paparazzi and local people. And yes, they do get out and about and meet people on Anglesey.

STORYLINE
Expectations of a boom in tourism on the remote British island of Anglesey have soared since the engagement of Prince William and Kate Middleton on 16 November.
William and Kate share a home on the Welsh island, and are expected to continue living there in the first years of their marriage.
The Prince works as a helicopter pilot at a military base on the island, known as Ynys Mon in Welsh.
These high profile residents are likely to increase the numbers of visitors, as people travel from around the world to attempt to catch a glimpse of the royal couple.
It was recently announced that the wedding will be held on 29 April next year in London's Westminster Abbey.
Separated from the mountainous northwest of Wales by a narrow strip of water, Anglesey is a beautiful and uniquely peaceful corner of the British Isles.
The island boasts the distinction of the world's longest place name, the village of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch.
The royal wedding next April will make Anglesey famous for other reasons, and the intrusion of the world's media may inhibit the relative freedom of the couple.
In Anglesey, William and Kate have the chance to live normal lives.
