,MY CITY NOVOSIBIRSK At the end of 19th century the builders of the Trans-Siberian Railway were gradually pushing through the boundless steppes and trackless forests of Siberia towards the East. At the banks of the mighty Siberian River Ob, they came to a halt, for it had to be bridged. Nikolai Garin-Mikhailovsky, the leader of the surveying group, himself both a great engineer and a novelist, was the man who selected the site for the huge railway bridge to be built. He was the founder of Novosibirsk and today one of the finest squares in the city bears his name. Novosibirsk is a young city and perhaps the most outstanding aspect of its short life is its rate of growth. It took 750 years for the population of Moscow to reach the million mark, Kiev 700 years and New York about two hundred, but Novosibirsk has been in existence only sixty years. Now population of Novosibirsk is 1,5 millions people. Novosibirsk is the third city in Russia. In Novosibirsk are many famous sights: Railway Station, the Siberian Theatre of Opera and Ballet, the Institute of Rail Transport Engineers, the Administration of Siberian Railway, the little Railway in Zaeltsovsky park, Zoo, the square of Heroes of revolution and Chapel. Railway Station is situated on the square of Nikolai Garin-Mikhailovsky. The first performance of the Siberian Theatre of Opera and Ballet was given on Victory Day in 1945 to celebrate the surrender of Nazi Germany. Certainly, that is not enough to study the city well. If someone would like to learn more about a city, it is useful to walk along the streets and look around to see historical places, buildings and monuments. There is no doubt that you should visit art galleries and museums. Besides this, you may ask a resident of the city to advise you what places of interest you should see first. The Opera’s theatre The construction building was begun in 1931. By 1933 the structure raised over city in centre. Architecture’s theatre was been carried in style’s «vanguard». Russian politician Zhirinovsky speaks about revolutions in Russia (English subs)

This video consists of 2 parts, because on that day Zhirinovsky spoke 2 times for some reason. The main subject is revolutions in Russia. He expresses his opinion on revolutionaries, their real goals and causes of their actions.
In the first part, he talks about Ukranization of Russian population in Ukrain, that was going on since 1918.
In second part, he concentrates more on definition of a hero of the Soviet Union.

From all this, and different other events and facts, I'm thinking that all this have roots far far away in the past. I didn't started this winter, but rather in the and of 19-th beginning of 20-th century. One thing I can say for sure, it is no surprise. It was all building up to this for decades.

Novosibirsk (Russian: Новосибирск; IPA: [nəvəsʲɪˈbʲirsk]) is the third most populous city in Russia after Moscow and St. Petersburg and the most populous city in Asian Russia, with a population of 1,523,801 (2013 est.). It is the administrative center of Novosibirsk Oblast as well as of the Siberian Federal District. The city is located in the southwestern part of Siberia on the banks of the Ob River adjacent to the Ob River Valley, near the large water reservoir formed by the dam of the Novosibirsk Hydro Power Plant. and occupies an area of 502.1 square kilometers (193.9 sq mi). The city is informally known as the Capital of Siberia.

War crimes perpetrated by the Soviet Union and its armed forces from 1919 to 1991 include acts committed by the Red Army (later called the Soviet Army) as well as the NKVD, including the NKVD's Internal Troops. In some cases, these acts were committed upon the orders of the Soviet leader Joseph Stalin in pursuance of the early Soviet Government's policy of Red Terror, in other instances they were committed without orders by Soviet troops against prisoners of war or civilians of countries that had been in armed conflict with the USSR, or they were committed during partisan warfare.A significant number of these incidents occurred in Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe before, during and in the aftermath of World War II, involving summary executions and the mass murder of prisoners of war, such as in the Katyn massacre and mass rape by troops of the Red Army in territories they occupied.
When the Allied Powers of World War II founded the post-war International Military Tribunal to examine war crimes committed during the conflict by Nazi Germany, with officials from the Soviet Union taking an active part in the judicial processes, there was no examination of Soviet Forces' actions and no charges were ever brought against its troops, because they were also an undefeated power which then held Eastern Europe under military occupation, marring the historical authority of the Tribunal's activity as being, in part, victor's justice.Today, the Russian government regularly dismisses the war crimes as Western myth. In Russian history textbooks, the atrocities are either altered to portray the Soviets positively or omitted entirely. In a June 2017 interview, Russian president Vladimir Putin acknowledged the horrors of Stalinism, but he also criticized the excessive demonization of Stalin by Russia's enemies.

Three notebooks supposedly containing Russian military secrets are handed to a British publisher during a Russian book conference. The British secret service are naturally keen to learn if these notebooks are the genuine article. To this end, they enlist the help of the scruffy British publisher Barley Blair, who has plenty of experience with Russian and Russians. Barley, an unconventionaly character who doesn't respond well to authority, finds himself in a game more complex than he first thought when he digs into the origin of the notebooks.

This video is an interview of Zhirinovsky at newspaper and radio station ''Komsomolskaya pravda''.
This is one of the funniest Zhirinovsky's interview. Mainly because of the fragment of this interview where he spoke about various topical subjects. He actually speaks his mind here, and even uses some inappropriate language. I think, he don't actually care, but it's funny.
2 main subjects of this interview are situation in Syria, and elections for Moscow mayor. He gives his evaluation about them, of course. He also speaks about immigrants problem, and some other subjects.
So have fun, and have a few laughs.

2. He mentions some unknown politicians, so I addjusted their names so you can easily find it in Google and see their faces or read about them (not that anyone would want to, but just in case).
3. In Russian word ''apple'' is ''yа́bloko''. The party's name is suppose to be YaBL, and if you switch some letters places, it would be ''blyа́'', which doesn't exactly mean ''fuck'', but it's the closest.
4. Alе́shka is diminutive for Alexei. Usually kids are called like this.

10. ''Dad'' or ''daddy'' is how people calling Lukashenko in Russian speaking countries. I guess because he is strict like a father can be sometimes.
