The Old Town Square attracts thousands of visitors each day with its beautiful architecture, stunning churches and of course, the famous Astronomical Clock but beneath this UNESCO heritage site there lurks another world, a darker world, alive with energies still residing there. This tour is a mixture of historical facts and an introduction to the paranormal.
We offer the opportunity to visit the underworld of Prague and to learn some of the gruesome history that took place there. We will take you beneath the Old Town Hall to explore this unique part of the city, to the former dungeons and torture chambers. You will hear about Prague’s most famous executioner and his tragic story, and learn about some of the famous prisoners who were tortured in this dark, lonely place.

Jindrich Lion My Escape From Prague (German Audio | English Subtitle)
Jindrich Lion, a noted journalist and author, takes us through his remarkable life--from interwar Czechoslovakia to Palestine, then back home to begin again--only to leave when the Soviets invaded his country in 1968.
Mr Lion shares with us his photo album, made in 1938 when he was sixteen years old-- a teenage witness to a history.
You can get to know about our work by visiting centropa.org

EPIC EUROPE TRIP! 5 cities & 4 countries - Amsterdam, Paris, Rothenburg, Berlin and Prague
I went to Europe visiting 5 cities in only 2 weeks! Really cool thing about Europe is each city has its own character and I wanted to capture that through their stories, history, local art and of course music! Hope you enjoy it!
Amsterdam - the city of canals, bikes and bitterballen! It was a perfect way to start our journey in this city where there are more than 100 kilometres of canals.
Paris - the city of romance, love and of course croissants! At every corner, you will have a photo opportunity in Paris.
Rothenburg - It's time to go back in time and visit the Germany's most preserved medieval town! We also met the Night Watchman of Rothenburg.
Berlin - Graffiti Capital of Europe! Definitely reminded me of the art scene here in Melbourne too.
Prague - Our favourite city of Europe because it has everything - art, food, best local beer and character!
SPECIAL THANKS to Rebecca, Chris, Pat, Adam, Cathy and Jason! This trip was memorable because of them. :)

Ryan Harvey - Omar (Live in Liberec, Czech Republic)
Ryan Harvey sings his new song about the refugee/migrant crisis in Europe.
As Ryan says:
This is what refugees are facing as they try to find shelter and safety in Europe. It is important that we in the U.S. understand this crisis, because our tax money was used to destabilize the region, and will continue to do so.
140,000 migrants and refugees arrived in Greece last month alone, more than all of last year. 2.5 million Afghans, of the half that did not flee to Pakistan, have an even longer journey, arriving too at the Eastern gates of Europe (or worse, they are locked in Australian concentration camps indefinitely to experience the slowest immigration/refugee system in the world).
Europe says they can't afford to take care of theses people, meanwhile, developing countries currently host 86 percent of the world's refugees, the wealthy countries, 14 percent. You do the math. Lebanon alone has 4 times more Syrian refugees within it's small borders than all of Europe. Of Iraq's 4 million refugees that fled directly from a war we initiated, the U.S. has admitted a mere 80,000 inside the country.
Next time the U.S. talks about going to war, whether to liberate or to defend democracy or whatever, remember these images well. Remember these numbers: 9 million Syrians have fled their homes since the civil war started. 4 million fled Iraq during the Iraq war, many going into Syria. They too have fled now, as over 2 million *more* people have fled Iraq. In total, there are over 50 million refugees today, a quarter of them have fled from Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan. The first war is not over, and others have already begun.
We in the U.S. should be asking ourselves and our friends, what can we do to support these people? How can we act in solidarity with groups in Europe and across the Middle East who are working to support these people and help fight the fascist policies being pushed against them? How can we support those struggling to feed, house, and transport these people on their journeys to new lives, new possibilities?

Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany | Vlog #5
Vlog #5 // July 2 2016 // Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany
A Walk Through Prague (in photos).
Prague was sensory overload. There was so much to see. Art on every building, sculptures everywhere the eye observed, trams in constant motion, surprisingly quiet for their size, and fragrant spices from the omnipresent food vendors. It was in the single digits Celsius when we were walking around, and we'd hit pockets of warmth as we walked past open shops or outdoor dining areas with propane heaters.
We spent a day there, including a three hour tour (via AirBnB) with a swell fellow named Ivitsa. I think all but five of the photos were taken on the walking tour.

An Invitation Video to Our Wedding Celebration Tour in October 2013
We are getting married this year and following is a link to our invitation via video for you to join us on our wedding celebration tour in Europe. On Valentine's Day last year, SoulPancake uploaded a video about people getting attacked with an explosion of love... and this video was the inspiration for how we wanted to invite you to celebrate with us!
We hope that, after watching our invitation video, you're smiling and feeling full of love!
If it's at all possible, consider combining a trip that you'd like to take to Europe later this year in October... with our wedding celebration tour. Spend three hours or three days -- whatever might work -- with us!
Our general itinerary is set, with flexibility intentionally built in so we can accommodate you and your plans, if needed. Here's where we're going:
GERMANY -- the Munich area (Oktoberfest and the famous castles in the foothills of the Bavarian Alps); walk on the medieval walls of Rothenburg ob der Tauber with the Night Watchman; the Romantic Road
CZECH REPUBLIC -- Karlovy Vary (spa town in the Bohemian hills); Prague (stroll from the Charles Bridge to the Prague Castle); České Budějovice (chug the original Budweiser beer); Český Krumlov (the castle dates back to 1302)
AUSTRIA -- Vienna (the wine region of Heurige; waltz on the Danube with some Sacher Torte)
SLOVAKIA -- Bratislava (the only national capital that borders two independent countries)
HUNGARY -- Budapest (enjoy goulash while relaxing in a thermal bath); Pécs (the Borderless City)
CROATIA -- Zagreb; Plitvice Lakes National Park; Zadar; Split; Dubrovnik (exploring Europe The Way It Used To Be along the Adriatic Coast)
ITALY -- Rome and the Vatican City; the Amalfi Coast; Tuscany (ride vespas in the Chianti wine region); Milan (watch a performance of Verdi's Aida at the world's most renowned opera house, Teatro alla Scala); Cinque Terra; Lake Como (we'll end our celebration tour with a sit-down visit with George Clooney)
We will have a small informal and unofficial ceremony in several of the locations listed, so there are many opportunities to find a place to meet us and celebrate our wedding vows to each other.
We hope to see you sometime and somewhere in October!
