About Itami City
Itami City is located in the south-east of Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.
The city is around 10 km from Osaka and is home to Osaka (Itami) International Airport. Itami's neighboring cities are Amagasaki, Nishinomiya, Takarazuka, and Kawanishi (Hyogo Prefecture), and Toyonaka and Ikeda (Osaka Prefecture).
Itami City is known as the birthplace of sake: around the year 1600, the technique for making clear or refined sake was first discovered in Itami's breweries, giving us the drink we know today.
Today, the city is home to the oldest sake brewery building in Japan - the Former Okada Residence and Sake Brewery, a nationally designated Important Cultural Property.
Itami is also famous as a sacred site for naginata training. As well as being home to the All Japan Naginata Federation headquarters, one of Japan's three biggest private dojos, Shubukan, is also located in the city. Shubukan Dojo still carries out naginata training today.

JR Takarazuka line between Itami and Amagasaki station,Kansai region,Japan 18th July,2014
Takarazuka Station, Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture
This video is for the Hankyu Railway Takarazuka Station. The JR Takarazuka Station is also nearby.
Takarazuka Station is the gateway for the Takarazuka City, one of the largest cities in Hyogo prefecture. It is mostly a residential area but Takarazuka City is famous for the Takarazuka Revue. Takarazuka Revue is a all female theater group known for their broadway style performances. What is unique about Takarazuka Revue is that all the male characters in a play are also played by female actresses.
This is an unique aspect of this group because in the traditional Japanese plays, like the Kabuki theater, the female characters are exclusively played by the male actors.
Enjoy.
Mefu Shrine (めふ神社), Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture

It is a very important Shrine for the local residents and one of the oldest shrines in Japan, believed to have been built in the early seventh century. It is one of the Shrines mentioned in Engishiki, a very important record of the early Shinto rituals of the ancient Japan. Hankyu Railway has a station dedicated to reach this important Shrine for the Takarazuka residents.
