Historic Greeneville, Tennessee Home
Forest Creek Manor home is a commanding presence as one of the premier properties in the South. One-of-a-kind and built to the most exacting specifications, the home rests on three majestic acres of immaculately manicured grounds. The backyard/courtyard area is a flawless extension of the interior living space perfect for three season entertaining around the pool and luxurious guest house. From the custom iron gates and fencing to the 50-year DaVinci slate roofing, each material has been chosen for its ability to perform. Custom copper gutters, the immense limestone porch, the Western Red Cedar garage doors, and the 12' Cantera iron and glass front doors combine for an impressive overall visual appeal. Add in the authentic, imported Greek marble lion statues from the ancient city of Corinth, and it's easy to see that Forest Creek Manor was built to last. The interior is designed and constructed to showcase understated elegance, unmatched style and complete livability. The home features expansive open spaces. The dining room and living room start with a foundation of oak flooring with crisp, lime wash walls rising up to a tray ceiling and luster stone faux finish. The ceilings are framed out with Italian cast stone crown molding and finished with a bronze chandelier (dining room) and a alabaster chandelier (living room) sourced and imported from Spain. Each of the two spaces has a true wood burning Italian stone fireplace for ambience and additional heat as needed. In the family room, the 35' ceilings create a grand living space set off with exposed mahogany beams, floor-to-ceiling windows and a herringbone oak floor. The space is cozy enough for family gatherings, yet large enough for entertaining family, guests, business associates and more. The kitchen is perfectly deigned to do double duty as a daily family cooking space while affording the owner with all the hardware necessary to host and serve an event of nearly any size. Appliances by Sub Zero, Bosch, Wolf, Miele and Sharp can all be found in the kitchen as can an expanse of Downsview custom finish cabinets and glazed, sandstone walls. Two studies offer unique personal space for important business or a place to retreat after a long day of work. The rest of the house is equally as impressive and simply must be seen to be appreciated. No amenity has been overlooked and every detail has been meticulously planned and put into this home. From the master suite to the billiards room, expansive guest rooms and pool house, a cohesive design that incorporates elemental materials and luxury amenities makes the Forest Creek Manor home one of elegance and sophistication while still maintaining a strong feeling of home in the South. Hi. I'm Jeffrey Gitomer. You may know me as the author of the Sales Bible, or the Little Red Book of Selling, or the Little Book of YES! Attitude, or my favorite, the Little Black Book of Connections. Well, here's what you may not know. With the help and support of my good friend, and amazing DJ, Robbie Britton, on Wednesday, June the 19th I will be presenting a sales seminar at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center in Greeneville, TN. Whoo! Now, I'm a sales expert and I'm going to help you with your sales process, but here's what I want you to understand. Regardless of what's happening in the economy, sales are still being made. I'm going to teach you how to sell value, not price, so you can make more profit! I'm going to share with you how to build life-long relationships with customers that will lead to business forever. And I'm going to teach you how to differentiate yourself from your competitors, not compare yourself to. Oh, I'm also going to teach you how to take a leadership position in your local marketplace. But, I can't do any of that unless you buy a ticket. You go today to readysetboost.com. Bring a prospect, buy 2 tickets. Bring a customer, buy 3 tickets. Bring your business cards, but most important, bring your best self. I'll look forward to seeing you there.
