The River Yare Whittlingham to Reedham
The River Yare on The Norfolk Broads from south of Norwich at Whittlingham and on to Brammerton,Surlingham, Buckenham, Langley Dyke, Cantley showing the huge British Sugar factory there, Hardley Staithe, Reedham Ferry and Reedham Quay. I have spent some very happy times at Whittlingham, Brammerton and Surlingham but the entire length of the river is magnificent.

Hearts Cruisers 1950s - A launching, a sinking and winter on Thorpe Island
The second of Vaughan Ashby's cine films of the Norfolk Broads showing life at Hearts Cruisers boatyard on Thorpe Island during the 1950s with memories and descriptive commentary from Vaughan to accompany the footage. This film shows the launching of a new addition to the fleet, the unfortunate sinking of the Four of Hearts at Buckenham Ferry and some wonderful footage of life on the island during a anowy winter. Wonderful films and wonderful memories.

Simon & Sam - Norfolk Wedding Photographer - James K Photo
It was an early start for me with a trip to the salon at 9:30 before heading over to St. Giles Hotel in Norwich, which is where Sam got ready.
It was then on to the Thorpe St Andrew Church which is where there ceremony took place. Sam arrived in a 1937 Rolls Royce which looked amazing. After the ceremony Simon and Sam had a little walk along the river which runs through the city before we travelled on to the reception.
It has been a little while since I have been at Kimberley Hall and it was great to be back. With it's grand entrance, music room and it's classic butterfly staircase, It probably has the most interesting interior of any wedding venue in Norfolk. It really is a pleasure to shoot a wedding there and I am glad that Simon and Sam chose Kimberley Hall as it created a great backdrop to to get stunning photographs of the two of them.

Norfolk Broads | Night Away
My mum got a boat for the week with her boyfriend and his children, and me and Lauren were invited to spend a night there with them, driving the boat and seeing some ducks. We went on a nice evening walk but my camera died so I didn't capture much after the board games until I charged my camera battery the next morning!
Hope you enjoy the video!
