Fly-Over caught from under the Orwell Bridge, River Orwell, Ipswich, UK
Casual filming at the Orwell Bridge, River Orwell, Ipswich when there are a number of boats coming and going, including the local 'Orwell Lady' (persons can be seen to be waiting for something in the sky) as well as the 'Allen Gardiner' (recent arrival from South Africa, to Suffolk) and arrival of the 'SB Melissa' back in Ipswich, on top of this Ipswich got it's own regular Fly-Over moments before Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, as some of the planes made their way to London (collecting others en route) for the Trooping the Colour 2014 ceremony, reaching The Mall & Buckingham Palace via East Anglia!
Yes, I knew the planes were coming over Ipswich, which can be seen over Ipswich - and a 'flash' of the Red Arrows!
Cruising the river Orwell in April 2019
A short cruising holiday to the UK in April 2019 with two super sweet passages across the North Sea. Azzurro made an average speed of almost 7 knots over more than 200 nautical miles! From no on the UK is only a day trip away :-)
The family came with the ferry to Harwich and brought our dog Max along for the very first time, which turned out a big success!
