The Markets, which are approaching their 20th year of operation, are presently based in a private carparking area on Marine Parade. Due to the private ownership of this site along with it being advertised for sale and earmarked for development; the Paraparaumu Beach Markets required a new home. Leith Consulting was delighted to be involved and help facilitate the successful relocation via the resource consent process!
