Pioneer Horizon Camp // Grand Canyon Arizona
The Noriega family acquired this Northern, AZ property in 2004 with the dream of someday creating a family camp. With the help of family and friends, they began to construct primitive log cabins. As their involvement with International Students Incorporated increased, God began to expand the camp vision in 2008 to include international students. Groups began coming up for weekend retreats including Grand Canyon hikes and guided tours. Late in 2009 a Board of Directors was chosen to help oversee the future direction of Pioneer Horizons Camp.

ABOUT THIS FEED:
Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada, in the Canadian Rockies, is located on the Canadian Pacific Railway (CP), where their Shuswap Sub meets their Mountain Sub. The Shuswap Sub runs to the west to Kamloops, BC (towards Vancouver, BC), and the Mountain Sub runs to the east to Field, BC, through Rogers Pass.
The CP traverses the Canadian Rockies over 2 passes. Rogers Pass, which is to the immediate east of Revelstoke, and further east, Kicking Horse Pass, which is to the immediate east of Field. Rogers Pass is at 4,360 feet (1,330 meters), and Kicking Horse Pass is at 5,339 feet (1,627 meters). To the west of Revelstoke is the lower Eagle Pass, at 1,804 feet (550 meters).
Among the freight trains seen here are unit potash, unit grain, and unit coal. Loaded westbounds feature both mid-train and end-of-train DPU’s, and empty eastbounds have fewer engines, both on front and as DPU’s. Many but not all eastbounds will stop to enter the yard, which is located to the east of the museum and cameras. Also seen are manifests, intermodal, and combined intermodal/manifest..
On occasion, the gates will activate, but will soon after deactivate, with no train, which is due to the switcher in the yard proceeding far forward enough to enter the crossing's track circuit.
There are no VIA Rail passenger trains through Revelstoke, however, during part of the year the Rocky Mountaineer can be seen.
There are 2 ATCS layouts, one for each sub, but there is no server coverage. No radio feeds are available.
There’s no schedule for freight trains, but some of our more knowledgeable members will provide real-time information when it’s available. Please refrain from asking.

Sedona, Arizona: Montezuma Castle Cliff Dwellings & Volcanoes | TRAVEL VLOG
We think of America as a new country, but the dwellings at Montezuma Castle National Monument were built in Arizona between 1100-1425. The site contains a set of well-preserved Ancestral Puebloan cliff dwellings, located near the town of Camp Verde, Arizona. The dwellings were built and used by the Sinagua people, a pre-Columbian culture closely related to the Hohokam and other indigenous peoples of the southwestern United States. The main structure comprises five stories and twenty rooms and is believed to have been built over the course of three centuries.
Neither part of the monument's name is correct. When European-Americans first stumbled upon the long-abandoned ruins in the 1860s they named them for the famous Aztec emperor Montezuma in the mistaken belief that he had been connected to their construction. In fact, the dwelling was abandoned more than 40 years before Montezuma was born, and was not a castle in the traditional sense, but functioned more like a prehistoric high rise apartment complex.
Several Hopi clans and Yavapai communities trace their ancestries to early immigrants from the Montezuma Castle/Beaver Creek area, and clan members periodically return to these ancestral homes for religious ceremonies.
Follow us today as we visit two different locations of amazing ruins!

SUMMARY
=======
Phoenix () is the capital and most populous city of the U.S. state of Arizona. With 1,626,078 people (as of 2017), Phoenix is the fifth most populous city nationwide, the most populous state capital in the United States, and the only state capital with a population of more than one million residents.Phoenix is the anchor of the Phoenix metropolitan area, also known as the Valley of the Sun, which in turn is a part of the Salt River Valley. The metropolitan area is the 12th largest by population in the United States, with approximately 4.73 million people as of 2017. In addition, Phoenix is the seat of Maricopa County, and at 517.9 square miles (1,341 km2), it is the largest city in the state, more than twice the size of Tucson and one of the largest cities in the United States.Settled in 1867 as an agricultural community near the confluence of the Salt and Gila Rivers, Phoenix incorporated as a city in 1881. It became the capital of Arizona Territory in 1889. Located in the northeastern reaches of the Sonoran Desert, Phoenix has a hot desert climate. Despite this, its canal system led to a thriving farming community with many of the original crops, such as alfalfa, cotton, citrus, and hay, remaining important parts of the Phoenix economy for decades. Cotton, cattle, citrus, climate, and copper were known locally as the Five C's of Phoenix's economy. These industries remained the driving forces of the city until after World War II, when high-tech companies began to move into the valley and air conditioning made Phoenix's hot summers more bearable. The city averaged a four percent annual population growth rate over a 40-year period from the mid-1960s to the mid-2000s. This growth rate slowed during the Great Recession of 2007–09, and has rebounded slowly. Phoenix is the cultural center of the Valley of the Sun, as well as the entire state.
Honeymoon Trail - Mesa Arizona
Honeymoon Trail during the late 19th and early 20th centuries was a primitive wagon road. The trail led across the Arizona strip, up and over the Kaibab Plateau and over to the little Colorado River around today's Winslow and Holbrook. The Wagons could travel about 15 miles a day. For those who made the journey, despite all the bumps and ginds, provided countless couples with a lifetime of fond memories of starting out life together on the Arizona Frontier.
If your looking for more information on the Honeymoon trail check out, True West Vlog, and the BLM website.
