I stayed at the Atelier, Playa Mujeres resort on April 12-15, 2019 & it was a good stay. This is a NEW resort & when I say new I mean just that ... when I went they were still construction workers on site. There were some areas that were not fully complete, but they had their Grand Opening on Aril 15, 2019. The staff was nice.. sometimes TOO attentive, but overall a very pleasant stay. I really loved the fresh feel of this room.

Trip video of our honeymoon to Excellence Playa Mujeres in October 2019. We stayed in an EC Two Story Rooftop Terrace Ocean Front, room 8161 building 8A. We also spent a day with M&M Royal Yachts on Isla Mujeres!

Secrets Playa Mujeres Resort and Spa November 2019

This was our first time visiting Secrets Playa Mujeres. We had an amazing time. We actually slept on the Dreams side of the resort, but spent most of our time on the Secrets side.

Highlights: Bali Beds every day, great beach, Barefoot Grill cheeseburgers, Himitsu for dinner, Bordeaux for dinner, Oceana for breakfast, Maris for lunch, Oceana for lunch, and amazing spa.

Negatives: Risotto at Portofino, Steak at Portofino, Steak at Maris for breakfast, shows are somewhat lackluster, and the nightclub was basically empty.

Food: 7/10
Service: 9/10
Resort: 9/10
Comfort: 9/10
Beach: 8/10
Day Activities: 6/10
Shows: 6/10
Night activities: 6/10

11 RESTAURANTS apart from the bar restaurants and room service which is 24/7

For activities they have a board that shows all the activities you can do during the day for a week they also give you all the specials that are going on with a paper the details all the functions they have at night when they do the turn down service.

We booked the all inclusive which includes: all you can drink and eat.
