Reviewing the 2019 Ford Edge ST - Putting the ST in strength and stunning
Since they've done away with almost all traditional cars the Ford folks have to STrengthen their crossover/SUV lineup.
STarting with bolstering their mid-sized crossover, the Edge, Ford's jammed more power beneath the hood by means of a 2.7L V6 turbocharged EcoBoost engine slicing out 335 horsepower and a STupendous 380 lb-ft. of torque.
The result is a STronger connection to the vehicle, a plethora of STandard safety features, including their smart Ford Co-Pilot 360 driver-asset technology. Ford Performance-tuned suspension can make you forget that you're running around in a crossover opposed to a car.
Tune in to see how our week was testing out the first-ever ST crossover from the blue oval.

Gordie Howe Bridge: Highway 401 Extension - Windsor, Ontario
Put annotations on for info!
Timelapse driving video of Highway 401's western extension in Windsor, Ontario. The video starts at the beginning of the freeway's 828km route at Ojibway Parkway and heads eastbound to the edge of Windsor's city limits.
The new extension goes to the Highway 3 interchange and opened in 2 stages in 2015. Construction took about 5 years to complete the 8-km below-grade route with lots of tunnels that has parkland on top.
The extension, called the Rt. Hon. Herb Gray Parkway (though also known as the 401) cost 1.4 billion dollars and is essentially a road to nowhere until a new bridge between Detroit and Windsor is built. Traffic doesn't really use it past Huron Church Line, which heads to the Ambassador Bridge.

Do not use burned coils
Addendum 12/2/2017: according to the package for this coil, it is safe to use at 160 watts and above . Please read the package for the cleito 120 before you tell me the coil isn't rated as high as I tested it.
Using the same coil at the same settings as in my previous demonstration. The only difference is that I let the coil burn out. Some people try to extend the life of their coil even after the flavor goes bad. Don't do it.

Mississauga Real Estate - Is it Time to Sell Your Condo? | Selling Your Condo & Buying a House
0:16 - This is a great time for move up buyers
0:36 - House prices are lower but condo prices remain high
1:00 - When you're buying a house it's better if prices are softer
1:18 - You make more money when you buy a bigger house in a slower market
1:35 - The opportunity window
2:04 - Move up buyers are in a great position
My name is Jeff O'Leary, the Village Guru, Mississauga Real Estate Broker and I want to take one minute to explain to you that if you're moving up into a bigger home, how this is the best time it has been in over eight years to buy a house in Mississauga and find a deal in real estate.
Now for someone like me or you that has a family or just wants to move into that bigger house, you've probably noticed that over the last five years It has just gotten worse and worse in terms of affordability on Mississauga.
During my research on the Mississauga Real Estate Market, what I noticed is that as the prices of detached houses in Mississauga came down last year and they continue to plateau, at the same time the prices of town houses and condos have continued to go up.
So in the past where everything went up in price with market appreciation, what we're noticing now is a convergence of prices. If I'm looking at over the past eight years... there's never been a better time where the price of a condo has been closer to a price a detached house then now.
As a home buyer how does this benefit you?
Well, when you're buying a bigger house you've got to realize that it doesn't matter if the prices are higher. I know everybody gets excited in a market where prices keep going up and they want to buy, but in reality as a move up buyer who's buying something more expensive you're actually paying more for that same house.
On the flip side, in this market right now as someone buying a bigger hoe you're making a lot more money. That's even if prices went down together but in this case it's even a better opportunity because the price of your property has still gone up from last year.
So why am I doing this video at this time? Because in real estate, opportunities come in 'windows' and they don't last too long. The last time I saw an opportunity like this.. was in 2008 after the whole mess in the US subprime market.
In Canada house prices went down quite a bit too but there was no logical reason for it. Canadian banks weren't going into meltdown... people could still get mortgages... but the public watched the news and they all decided to pull back while a few people who were smart took advantage and made a killing during that time and that's what's happening today.
As a move-up buyer you're in a great position.
Now, what are the next steps? Number one - read my article on this subject I go into more detail on how much money you can save and then also... the idea is to combine this with the proper home selling strategy, proper marketing and also a proper home search to get
yourself the best deal. When you put the whole package together you're going be a winner in this market.

How Long Does a Vape Coil Last? How to Avoid Burnt Coils.
The question, “how long does a vape coil last?” turns into, “ how do you make it last that long?” There are two types of coils that we will talk about here, pre-made coils and rebuildable coils.
The goal is to have a coil lasts as long as it ought to. Two weeks is a good average before they start to taste burnt, but do not be discouraged if your vape coil doesn’t last that long. The tips above are a great way to meet the goal of 2 full weeks of use, which hopefully saves you some of your hard-earned monies!

Insurance Premiums are Surging Across Canadian Real Estate
I've had a lot of questions about insurance premiums going way up in some cases. I think the media has made a much bigger deal about it more than anything. However, we are seeing insurance premiums going up, and this will be reflected in many strata's monthly maintenance fees. Ultimately its another carrying cost to the owner, and will be factored in to the new buyers overall monthly costs.
It's funny the insurance providers are sayings its due to climate related events as if BC's weather has fundamentally changed over the last few years. More realistically, they aren't hitting their desired investment returns in fixed income products (bonds) and are now raising premiums to make up for the shortfall. Indeed, negative interest rates have consequences!
Insurance companies are the largest holder of corporate and foreign bonds, they have to match their long term liabilities with longer term duration assets.
The amount of money that insurance companies must keep in reserve is based on the present value of the company’s projected earnings. As yields on bonds are in negative territory, the returns are projected to be lower and thus the amount of capital required to remain uninvested. This dead capital acts as a further drag on profits.
Low to negative rates compress margins. Insurance companies price their products using expected long-term average rates.
