Rampworx Skatepark: Foam Pit Ramp, Biggest in UK
We decided to build the biggest Foam Pit possible in our skatepark in Liverpool. This ramp is huge!! We doubt you have seen a Foam Pit like it anywhere else in the world, i mean it even has lights! The Foam pit itself has three separate entry points, a launch on the front of the ramp a quarter pipe on the left hand side and a roll-in on the right hand side. With all these entry points you can practice every trick you can think of, safely!
To get into this ramp we have also built a huge roll-in ramp which will give you so much speed when dropping in you don't even have to think about peddling or pushing to go harder, you will just fly!
Our foam pit is that big that it took two huge arctic trucks full of our specially customised foam to fill it all. The foam has been specifically designed to cushion impact in an optimal way to disperse the users density. We even had a special foam scientist figure all this magic stuff out for us to make sure that it was just right.
Rampworx Skatepark is a charity ( and we will continue to help young and professional riders progress in the sports we all love. Keep you eyes pealed for our next build project, starting very soon!!

Rampworx Skatepark Etiquette - How to use a skatepark
Rampworx Skatepark in Liverpool, England is the biggest skatepark in the UK, with over 1000 visitors using the skatepark every week!
Skateparks have unwritten rules of use and respect between riders. If you are visiting the skatepark for the first time it can be intimidating with riders flying around everywhere.

Vlog 5 - Liverpool Skateboarding
So I went to see my friend down in Liverpool and we did some skating.
Catfish visits Rampworx Skatepark
The one and only Catfish (team manager at DK Bikes and commentator for just about every contest on the planet) was over in England for the Nike Pool contest in London. After the comp Catfish headed up to Liverpool to come hang out with friends and ride Rampworx for a few days.
We caught up with him whilst he was up here and to talk about the local scene and what he thought about BMX in England.
Whilst Catfish was in Liverpool he decided to take a little bit of Liverpool home with him, he got a Liver Bird tattooed on his leg in. This is a tradition Catfish takes with him to every country he visits.

Laced 2014 at Rampworx Skatepark | Pro Blading Event
Laced ( is the biggest Pro/Am Blading contest in the UK. With over 140 riders flying in from 18 different countries to compete at the biggest indoor skatepark in the UK Rampworx ( it was guaranteed to be a crazy event.
Remz pro rider Nils Janson from Latvia took top honors winning Best Trick with a Disaster AO Pornstar over the Rail and taking the #1 Pro spot.
Jack Swindells killed the Am contest taking 1st and qualifying for the Pro finals all whilst picking up a sponsorship deal from SEBA Skates Street for his efforts!
Jenna Downing made her first competitive comeback by taking the #1 spot in the Girls contest in a head to head battle between Razors team mate Rosie O'Donoghue who took a very close 2nd.

Rampworx was once again host to a scooter only session and with over 400 scooter riders attending it was an amazing day.
To make the session even more amazing the MGP UK Team made a special appearance and they brought along a big bag of tricks with them.The MADD Team came to the park the next morning to get some closed session clips and pics some you will see in this video and others in the MGP official Banger's edit.
