Cardiff Castle, Wales, United Kingdom - My UK Trip to Britain, Ireland, Scotland and Wales
Just a short video of me at Cardiff Castle on June 1st 2013
This was a trip of a life time and I saw such beauty in the areas I visited
The Great Britain V1, Cardiff to Preston Charter via HOW Line with 13 on 22/04/2013
In appalling conditions I ventured out to capture LMS Black 5's 44871 and 45470 working the Welsh leg of this annual charter. I also wanted to capture this train crossing Cynghordy Viaduct as a tribute to my friend Tom Clift who was stood with me a year ago at this location, and it turned out to be the last time I was to see Tom alive.
The first clip shows the train tackling the incline between Dynefor Jnc and Jersey Marine North Jnc on the Swansea District/Avoiding Line, where the branch to Swansea Burrows Sidings branches off to the right. A short clip follows of the train approaching Hendy Jnc as it crosses over the eleven arches viaduct on the Swansea District Line. A quick dash sees the train arriving for it's water stop at Pantyffynnon.
In almost identical conditions, we see the pair arriving at Llandeilo, as they accelerate from the nearby station at Ffairfach
Finally, we see them across the Valley as they climb the notorious climb to Sugar Loaf Summit as they cross Cynghordy Viaduct....this section is more for its audio than visual benefit, as torrential rain made it very difficult to see ant detail.

Visiting Cardiff/Wales (final UK trip)
MTV Dance at The Hippo Club, Cardiff 1999
Missing for 14 years, the elusive video tape of when MTV Dance came to the Hippo Club in Cardiff has finally surfaced. After a shedload of work & even more swearing at the computer, I finally managed to clean up the VHS footage as best I could, cut out the adverts and the frankly rubbish stuff that was in their chart leaving the Hippo faithful in all their glory. Here it is.... Like, Love & Share kids.
THIS is what real clubbing was about. No bullshit, no politics, just fucking good music with a club family who loved each other. It didn't matter what you wore, where you were from or what you were on...

Plane spotting at Cardiff Wales Airport 7/2/19 (part 1)
This video is part 1 of a 3 part mini series of plane spotting videos from my day at Cardiff Airport on the 7/2/19.
I decided to do something different and instead of 1 big video split them down into 3 smaller ones.
Over the 3 videos you'll see many flights departing to Rome taking Welsh rugby fans to Italy to watch Wales play Italy in the Six Nations rugby championship as well as the normal scheduled and charter flights that operate out of Cardiff Airport.
Please feel free to comment, like and share my video and i hope you enjoy it!

Up Close With Soyuz Spacecraft in Cardiff Wales
My first video upload for 2019! Happy New Year everybody!
Up close and personal with Soyuz return capsule used by Major Tim Peake. Very cool. Chanced upon this roving exhibition in Cardiff, Wales, in December 2018.
From WIKI:
Major Timothy Nigel Peake CMG (born 7 April 1972) is a British Army Air Corps officer, European Space Agency astronaut[3] and a former International Space Station (ISS) crew member.
He is the first British ESA astronaut, the second astronaut to bear a flag of the United Kingdom patch (the first was Helen Sharman, who visited Mir as part of Project Juno in 1991), the sixth person born in the United Kingdom to go on board the International Space Station (the first was NASA astronaut Michael Foale in 2003) and the seventh UK-born person in space.[4] He began the ESA's intensive astronaut basic training course in September 2009 and graduated on 22 November 2010.
SOYUZ Spacecraft:
Soyuz (Russian: Сою́з, IPA: [sɐˈjus], lit. Union) is a series of spacecraft designed for the Soviet space program by the Korolev Design Bureau (now RKK Energia) in the 1960s that remains in service today. The Soyuz succeeded the Voskhod spacecraft and was originally built as part of the Soviet manned lunar programs. The Soyuz spacecraft is launched on a Soyuz rocket, the most reliable launch vehicle in the world to date.[1][2] The Soyuz rocket design is based on the Vostok launcher, which in turn was based on the 8K74 or R-7A Semyorka, a Soviet intercontinental ballistic missile. All Soyuz spacecraft are launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
