Irish National Liberation Army shoot dead 3 UVF men on the Shankill Road 16 June 1994
INLA volunteers led by Gino Gallagher shot dead three UVF volunteers (Trevor King, Colin Craig, David Hamilton) in a gun attack on Shankill Road, Belfast right outside the UVF's GHQ. Trevor King the UVF's Belfast Commander was killed instantly and Hanilton & Craig died a day later, one man was also injured. For more read here:

Republican Action Force bomb Mountainview Tavern on the Shankill Road, Belfast 5 April 195
The Republican Action Force (RAF) used as a cover-name by Volunteers of the Provisional IRA's Belfast Brigade carry out a bomb & gun attack on a pub in the Shankill road. 5 people were killed in the attack, 1 UDA member & 4 Protestant civilians. & 50 people were injured. The RAF claimed the attack was retaliation for a s string of mass killings carried out by both the UDA & UVF in Belfast since the IRA ceasefire with the British started in February 1975.

The IRA's Belfast brigade 1st battalion bombed the Woodvale Arms pub on the Shankill Road destroying the pub & damaging a number of other buildings. 18 people were injured in the bombing of the pub.
