In 2012 Mexico will elect a new president who will need to decide whether to continue the crackdown on the country's drug cartels.
Current president Felipe Calderon is under pressure with no end in sight to the rising violence.
He has complained of being misunderstood over his battle with cartels and says he has the majority of the people's support although perhaps silently.
But is there a way out and after nearly five years of the policy what, if any, are the alternatives for Calderon's successor?

I say this because there is no possibly way in heck I'll be able to tell you what this is in the video when I can barely figure out half of the stuff I catch myself here on the channel. The reason why I wanted top cover this video so bad was because it looked A LOT like many of the anomalies and mysteries we've already caught here on the channel and it gave us a million and one reasons to bust out some cool, older clips and dust them out for the viewers for a few more headbangers like old times.
