En Salto Grande cumplimos 30 años de explotación a pleno.
La Represa alcanzó su mayor capacidad de producción un 27 de mayo de 1983, fecha en que se puso en marcha la última de sus catorce unidades hidrogeneradoras.
Hoy, el sueño de los precursores es una realidad: aquel sentimiento de hermandad e integración quedó plasmado en esta majestuosa obra binacional.
Desde hace más de tres décadas, argentinos y uruguayos trabajamos en el Complejo Hidroeléctrico de Salto Grande, ininterrumpidamente, para brindar a nuestros pueblos la energía más limpia y segura, preservando y respetando el medio ambiente.
Estamos orgullosos de contar con el mejor equipamiento, invirtiendo constantemente en tecnología de primer nivel y superando, año a año, nuestro propio record de generación.

Salto Grande Dam has been working at full capacity for 30 years now.
The Dam reached its maximum generation capacity on May 27th, 1983, when the fourteenth and final hydroelectric generator went into full operation.
Today, the dream our forerunners had has come true: that spirit of brotherhood and integration is now reflected in this majestic bi-national construction.
For over three decades, Argentinians and Uruguayans have worked nonstop at Salto Grande Hydroelectric Complex in order to provide our people with the cleanest and safest energy, preserving and respecting the environment at the same time.
We can proudly declare that we have the best equipment, that we constantly invest in state-of-the-art technology and break our own generation records year after year.
We believe the best way to reach our goals is through the constant training of our human resources. This way, we fulfill the expectations of all and every one involved in making this organization grow.
