Yasuo Takamatsu lost his wife Yuko, by Tsunami with the Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11, 2011. Yuko is still missing under the sea. So, Yasuo got the diver's license, and he is continuing to look for his wife. Sylvain was deeply moved by this story and dedicated this piece to him.

Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.
Learning by listening is a great way to:
- increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills
- improves your own spoken accent
- learn while on the move
- reduce eye strain
Now learn the vast amount of general knowledge available on Wikipedia through audio (audio article). You could even learn subconsciously by playing the audio while you are sleeping! If you are planning to listen a lot, you could try using a bone conduction headphone, or a standard speaker instead of an earphone.

Cliff in Japan - March 2016 Part 1
February and March are the months of Spring Break here in Japan, and for February, you have probably seen my previous video. In March I have decided to spend my free time (and all my money) travelling to places that I had on my travel wish list. It was a 2 weeks worth of travelling, from Tokyo, stopping over at Osaka, Kobe, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Kagoshima, Okayama, Himeji, Kyoto, and finally back at Tokyo. I took over 100 shots of videos, and indeed it took me some time to look through them all.
Osaka, it is all about food in Osaka, and also the night views. I went up on to Harukas 300, and Umeda Sky Building, and the night view from there were stunning. Visited a few Shrines and Temples, worth noting was the Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine, the Taiko Bridge inside really worth a look. Osaka Castle, if you are a fan of Japanese warring state history, I will love the amount of info they provide inside the castle. A day was spent at Universal Studio Japan with two of my friends from Uni last year, great fun with a lot of visual related attractions. And the next day was spent in Nara, where the deer can be both adorable and annoying at the same time, and poops everywhere! The day I went just happened to be a festive day of Omizutori, which 10 large torches are lit by monks at the corners of the temple.
A quick stop at Kobe, shame about the heavy rain, that I couldn't spend more time to fully enjoy the place. Yet, Kobe beef lunch was my main target and I did it. Amazing, enough said. Found a gem of a waterfall behind the train station.
And Hiroshima, you may have noticed that I didn't look particularly happy. I was reading descriptions off of memorials, and it was extremely uncomfortable, and I got emotional. It was definitely a must see spot, but also definitely the most heartbreaking spot to visit. Hiroshima castle is small but had plenty of armors and swords on display if interested. Hiroshimayaki for dinner was a must.
Miyajima, One of the 'The Three Scenic Views of Japan' , definitely must see, from the habour, you will walk through the shopping street, where delicious looking snacks and food are at. 20 mins boat tour are 800yen per person, and only operates when at High Tide. You cannot miss the shrine, it is so famous and beautiful that a lot of couples hold their Japanese style wedding there, I encountered one. Climb up or take the ropeway to the Misen Mountain, and enjoy the amazing view of the gulf.
