Kckillops bridge Victoria Snowy River national Park
McKillops Bridge is one of the few places in the Snowy River park with access to the Snowy River by conventional vehicles. It is the best canoe-launching place for experienced adventurers wanting to explore the gorges downstream.

Adventure Victoria - Kayaking in snowy river
We've had a camping in BalleyHooly for 3 night accidentally (Our destination was Jackson crossing ). Too risky to cross the Jackson crossing at a night time, fortunately we just got an alternative from the local.
Turn off Basin Road at GPS -37.490904, 148.234497 and follow an unsealed road. When you reach a 4-way intersection after approx 3 km's turn right then follow the road until you reach the camping site.
This is suitable for tents, camper trailers but not for caravans. It is 2WD accessible in the dry. There are approx 10 km of windy steep gravel road.
Carry all the fuel, food, drinking water and equipment you will need during your stay.
The Snowy River offers thrilling canoeing and white water rafting opportunities with rugged gorges, rapids, flat sections with sand bars and beautiful scenery. The gently sloping sand bars make ideal camp sites for extended trips.
The most popular section is from McKillops Bridge to the Buchan River junction at Balley Hooley. This trip takes three-four days to complete.

Snowy River Estuary Marlo Victoria Australia
The legendary Snowy River begins its life at Mount Kosciuszko in New South Wales and flows for 350 km through the Snowy Mountains through a very picturesque estuary into the Southern Ocean at Marlo in Victoria. The estuary was photographed from the air and at ground level for you to enjoy and follow my journey. Spot the pelicans that follow the anglers. Go no farther, your good fortune is already here.
Little River Falls in Snowy River National Park
The Snowy River National Park boasts some really spectacular scenery including views of rugged mountain ranges, river scenes and a couple of Victoria’s best kept secrets; Little River Gorge and Waterfall. Gippsland High Country Tours offers a number of guided nature tours to this area including a birdwatching tour. In autumn 2012, when our small group of birdwatchers arrived at Little River Falls, we found the waterfall really rushing after some recent rain around the Cobberas area in the headwaters of Little River. I could not resist capturing the rush of water in a video. This area is great for discovering wildlife and led by a local guide you get to share their knowledge about flora and fauna plus local history. Come and share the Snowy River experience with us! Camping at Wilsons Promontory Melbourne, Victoria - Sealers Cove Campground
My friends and I had a great time camping out at Wilsons Promontory in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The campsite we choose is the Sealers Cove Campground which requires a 9.5KM hiking through the Jungle. The Wilsons promontory is about 2.5 hrs to 3 hrs drive from Melbourne CBD. On the way, we made a stop at Squeaky Beach to see how the beach got its name. There is another campsite which is even further from the Sealers Cove, the Refuge Cove. It's a long hike of about 17KM and we weren't ready for that. You can also plan for a visit to the Mount Oberon, a short hike from the Visitors Center for a picturesque view.
If you are planning to visit the Wilsons Promontory first, you must book your campsite in advance. Then you must be report at the Visitors Centre at the Tidal River and get a parking permit. Then you will be taken to Saddle river carpark via a shuttle bus and from there the hiking starts.
Pack perfectly for an overnight stay as there is not even electricity or telephone signal at the campground. Telstra has a very little network and no other carrier has the network. There is open eco-friendly toilets, water stream for washing and that's it. You have to carry your rubbish back to the place where you started your hike. The campsite is pretty safe except for some incidents where possum jumped on to the top of our tent. The trail can be hard for the first-timers.
In this video, you can check out how we planned our trip to Wilsons Promontory and set up our camp at the Sealers Cove Campground.

This spontaneous camping trip wasn't planned to the dot and in all honesty its what made it so exciting!
We set off to meet our friends at the snowy river region of Victoria. We met at Buchan Caves camp grounds (which by the way have amazing camping facilities).
Our next stop was right by the snowy river itself. We were thrilled to see wild horses and wild emus at this location!
The next day we packed up and drove for another 3hrs or so, through the town of 'Jindabyne' where we re-stocked on supplies, then drove another 2hrs or so and made it to Geehi Camp grounds.
This place was amazing! with amazing mountain scenery surrounding us, endless kangaroos hopping around and a fair share of doable off-roading (even with a 3 and 4 year old in tow).
This trip has to be our favourite one so far. The fact that we have a popup tent and our friends had a camping trailed meant we could drive, camp for the night, enjoy the place and then move on without the hassle of packing up too many camping supplies.
We are definitely loving this 'Mobility Advantage' and i'm guessing you'll be seeing lots more of these trips on this channel!
Hope you guys enjoyed the journey, stick around and SUBSCRIBE for more videos to come!
