Exmoor National Park in Somerset and North Devon is a great place for English countryside and coastal views. This is the last lag of our UK road trip travel series before going to Turkey. We take the Bossington walk near Minehead to see breathtaking views of the South West England and check out a part of the South West Coastal Path, Englands longest path. We go to search for some UK nature and found a slow worm.

About Travel Beans:
Welcome to the official Travel Beans YouTube channel! On this channel, you’ll find a variety of travel and vlog content, in which you’ll see us in places like Thailand, Japan, USA, Slovenia, and more.
In 2017 we left home with just £500 in our bank account and a dream to make a sustainable full time travel lifestyle happen! We are now living our dream as digital nomads and want to inspire you to create your own story, whatever it may be!
After 5 years of aimless, yet enjoyable, backpacking around the world we found ourselves in New York City battling with depression. At this point, we decided to go home and confront this problem head on. After 6 tough months at home we decided to go away again, but this time with a goal in mind.. to turn travel into a lifestyle.
Our time spent battling depression has influenced our outlook on life dramatically! We are now traveling the world in search of what makes us happy. In our vlogs, we talk openly and honestly about our travel experiences, the digital nomad life and depression. We hope our videos can help to inspire you to create a life that makes you happy!

South West Coast Path Day 3: Luxury
Did Tim survive his night in the wilds without being eaten by a stray big cat? Probably, but you'd better watch anyway to check as he continues along the coast.

Porlock Hikes Trip, DAY 2, Part VI, 'Selworthy Beacon on the Minehead Porlock Coastal Walk' by Sheil
I felt exhilarated on reaching Selworth Beacon--such brilliant views all around including over towards Dunkery Beacon which I walked a few weeks earlier--that visit inspired me to return and camp for 4/5 days so that I could go out every day and explore the landscape, visit the beacons and cairns, the villages and churches---the weather has been really good--no coats needed...

Andy's National Trust Travel Blogs: Bossington, North Somerset
There are 500+ places of interest in the UK under the National Trust banner and I will be attempting to visit as many as I can, reporting as I do all the important stuff relative to accessibility.
In this episode I struggle over pebbles in the freezing cold wind to get the money shot of the beach and sea at this small north somerset village called Bossington.
Definitely not an easy location to visit, but then it was a very small entry in the manual, which usually denotes inaccessibility.

After getting used to the bag a little bit more and the weather cooling down it was now a battle of the hills. Managed to find a perfect little camping spot though.

Porlock Hikes Trip, DAY 3 ,Part XV, 'The Final Leg Thru Bossington & Along Sparkhayes Marshes In The
This is it !!!!! for DAY 3---its getting dark so I am eager to get back---its been a good 9 hours of hiking today but I am still enjoying every minute, enjoying the landscape and the new shadows appearing across the sea and marshes as the Sun begins to set over Porlock Weir------Nobody around this evening--no one at all and by the time I get to Sparkhayes Lane its dark--quite spooky walking down the narrow , high hedged lane back to my campsite--the high hedges accentuate the Twilight Zone--very quiet as well--no birds no dogs making a sound--------St Dubricius Church in the village of Porlock is a dark silhouette in the purple-pink sky and soon the Cross on top of the spire will light up bright white----red sky at night appears--a good sign for tomorrow--DAY 4 where I will hike through unknown woods towards Porlock Weir and then onto Culbourne church further along the Coast from Porlock Weir--once long ago a Leper Colony, a place so isolated Lepers could be sent there-----and prisoners also sent there as well but but its church is 1000 years old and so so peaceful--a solemn feeling to the place--also a bit remote and creepy--anyway that's for DAY 4..............----rest for now folks...................................................
