Southern Africa Family Trip vlog 2019: Victoria Falls, South Africa, Cape Town, Kruger National Park
In August 2019, we took an amazing family trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe. Our journey began in Victoria Falls, where we swam in Devil's Pool and made day trips into Zambia and to Chobe National Park in Botswana. Then, we flew down to Cape Town. We visited Table Mountain, Langa Township, and the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, before taking a day trip out to the beautiful Cape of Good Hope. We spent 2 nights in Simonstown, and loved visiting the friendly penguins at Boulders Beach! Finally, we flew to Johannesburg, drove the gorgeous Panorama Route to Kruger National Park, and spent 5 nights on safari, splitting our time between Hoyo Hoyo Safari Lodge and Hamilton's Tented Camp on the Mluwati Concession.
We saw incredible wildlife and stunning landscapes, and met some of the friendliest people! Africa definitely has our hearts, and we hope to one day be back.
Filmed on GoPro Hero 7 Black, Canon 77D and iPhone 6.

Cape Town is the second-most populated city in South Africa after Johannesburg, and the provincial capital and primate city of the Western Cape. As the seat of the National
Parliament, it is also the legislative capital of the country. It forms part of the City of Cape Town metropolitan municipality. The city is famous for its harbour as well as
its natural setting in the Cape floral kingdom, including such well-known landmarks as Table Mountain and Cape Point. Cape Town is also Africa's most popular tourist destination.
Cape Town is not only the most popular international tourist destination in South Africa, but Africa as a whole. This is due to its good climate, natural setting, and well-
developed infrastructure. The city has several well-known natural features that attract tourists, most notably Table Mountain, which forms a large part of the Table Mountain
National Park and is the back end of the City Bowl. Reaching the top of the mountain can be achieved either by hiking up, or by taking the Table Mountain Cableway. Cape Point is recognised as the dramatic headland at the end of the Cape Peninsula. Many tourists also drive along Chapman's Peak Drive, a narrow road that links Noordhoek with Hout Bay, for the views of the Atlantic Ocean and nearby mountains. It is possible to either drive or hike up Signal Hill for closer views of the City Bowl and Table Mountain.
Cape Town South Africa - Video Tour:
Many tourists also visit Cape Town's beaches, which are popular with local residents.Due to the city's unique geography, it is possible to visit several different beaches in the same day, each with a different setting and atmosphere. Though the Cape's water ranges from cold to mild, the difference between the two sides of the city is dramatic.
While the Atlantic Seaboard averages annual water temperatures barely above that of coastal California around 13 °C (55 °F), the False Bay coast is very much warmer, averaging between 16 and 17 °C (61 and 63 °F) annually. This is similar to water temperatures in much of the Northern Mediterranean (for example Nice). In summer, False Bay water averages slightly over 20 °C (68 °F), with 22 °C (72 °F) a common high. Beaches located on the Atlantic Coast tend to have very cold water due to the Benguela current which originates from the Southern Ocean, whilst the water at False Bay beaches may be warmer by up to 10 °C (18 °F) at the same moment due to the influence of the warm Agulhas current, and the surface warming effects of the South Easter wind.
Both coasts are equally popular, although the beaches in affluent Clifton and elsewhere on the Atlantic Coast are better developed with restaurants and cafés, with a particularly vibrant strip of restaurants and bars accessible to the beach at Camps Bay. Boulders Beach near Simon's Town is known for its colony of African Penguins.Surfing is popular and the city hosts the Red Bull Big Wave Africa surfing competition every year.

NAMIBIA Road Trip From Cape Town! South Africa 2018
It's time for a road trip! And this time things might not go to plan... We're travelling from Cape Town, South Africa to Namibia, driving up the Western Cape.
Our Namibia road trip from Cape Town takes us up the Western Cape and across the border, ending in Windhoek, Namibia. Along the way we stop at Lambert's Bay and Goegap Nature Reserve in South Africa, and Quiver Tree Rest Camp in Namibia. They're beautiful locations and it's a lot of fun, but a few things don't exactly go as planned! It's the craziest road trip I've ever taken but, as they say, bad things come in threes.
This road trip from South Africa is the beginning of our Namibia tour and I can't wait to share that adventure with you! We're going to be seeing all the best parts of Namibia on a full tour of the country, and those travel vlogs will be up soon. Make sure you're subscribed if you don't want to miss my Namibia vlogs and my Cape Town videos when I get back to South Africa.
As always, thanks for watching and thanks for joining me on the Southern Africa series. I can't wait to explore Namibia and share this awesome country with you!

Cape Town Sightseeing Tour
Cape Town, also known as ‘The Mother City’, is South Africa’s oldest Town located at the most Southern point of the African Continent. The Dutch founded Cape Town as a refreshment station for European ships en route to the Indian Ocean and Asia. By the early 19th Century it was a cosmopolitan Port marked by conflict between Dutch settlers and British colonists which culminated into the Anglo-Boer War of 1899-1902.
Today, CT has one of South Africa’s most diverse populations. In spite of their differences and fierce social contrasts, the majority of the 3.5 million inhabitants wouldn’t trade their City for any other place on Earth. Cape Town's iconic attractions and destinations, include the world heritage Table Mountain site and V&A Waterfront harbor where one can take a ferry to Robben Island where Nelson Mandela spent 18 of his 27 years in prison.
Cape Town counts numerous places of wonder, among those: Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden, Clifton, Sea Point, Bantry Bay, Green Point, Bo Kaap, the main museums (African, Jewish, District Six and Gold museum), the International Convention Centre, St George's Cathedral and the many prestigious Hotels and Mansions along the stunning coastal suburbs of Camps Bay, not to mention the legendary Constantia Wine Route …

#Company'sGarden #TourWithJamanAsad #TravelVlog #CapeTown
The Company's Garden is a park and heritage site located in central Cape Town. The garden was originally created in the 1650s by the region's first European settlers and provided fertile ground to grow fresh produce to replenish ships rounding the Cape. It is watered from the Molteno Dam, which uses water from the springs on the lower slopes of Table Mountain.

On your average January day at Kite Beach in Cape Town, having the likes of Jesse Richman, Aaron Hadlow, Kevin Langeree, and Ruben Lenten throwing huge megaloops over you would not be an unusual sight! Not to mention the up and coming riders that spend their season training in these extreme conditions...
