HYPER GAME THEORY TACTICS OF CIA DIA TRAUMA BASED MIND CONTROL TEAMS RANGE FROM PLAUSIBLE TO ABSURD
Most people operate off the natural philosophy of the “Occam‟s Razor Principle” which states that the simplest explanation is usually the best. So to make someone sound paranoid, all you have to do is come up with a sufficiently complex plan of harassment and the majority of people‟s disbelief of that event will be sufficient not to act or care about it. labeling someone “paranoid schizophrenic” or mentally ill. Once that label has been attached to someone, almost all testimony will be disbelieved.
Simply by getting a couple of perpetrators to pretend they are psychotronic slaves and then have them talk about evil aliens or other typically non-believable topics, the whole group of people who now talk about electromagnetic brain manipulation is associated with evil aliens and not believed by the average person who heard the first story. A lie will more likely to be believed if it is backed by lots of details. Confusing the victims, so that their own testimony promotes misunderstanding of what is happening works well also. Increasing the complexity of the story significantly using absurdity and the bazaar discredits the victims.
Trauma Based Mind Control involves the use of constant disruptions of the victims communications, financial transactions, etc., vandalism and theft of property, etc., even directed energy torture, etc., all at regular intervals to solicit emotional physical and psychological responses from the Mind Control victim which can be remotely measured and integrated back into RNM data while simultaneously portraying the victim as delusional, crazy, etc., to discredit the victim. This is called the HYPER GAME THEORY.
HYPER GAME THEORY is a mathematical model and basically means 'Game Theory' applied to Decision Tree Modeling' mathematically proving that by constantly and perpetually altering any value in the model one can constantly and perpetually alter that models expected outcome. With CIA DIA TRAUMA BASED MIND CONTROL the model is the mind control victim.
CIA DoD TRAUMA BASED MIND CONTROL tactics are all off the mathematical model known as the HYPER GAME THEORY.
There is a difference between GAME THEORY and HYPER GAME THEORY. Game Theory is a branch of mathematics concerned with the analysis of strategies for dealing with competitive situations where the outcome of a participant's choice of action depends critically on the actions of other participants.
'Game Theory' has been applied to contexts in war strategy, business strategy, economics and even biology. It is a mathematical model based on behavioral
relations between humans and even between computers. A common assumption is that players will act rationally for their own benefit.
In non-cooperative game theories (Hyper Game Theory), the most famous of these is the Nash equilibrium, the situation is different and so are the strategies of the participants to the non-cooperative game they are forced to play. A set of strategies is a 'Nash Equilibrium' if each move by a participant in the non-cooperative game represents a best response to the other participants strategies. (Remember, the strategy of the CIA DIA Hive Mind Teams is to use the victims own mind against the victim, thereby making the victim destroy himself).
Hyper Game Theory is achieved by PERPETUALLY basing ones next move off the opponents last move, meaning the game never ends because there is always a next move to be made. Always a higher optimum to choose from.
In a game of chess utilizing the 'Hyper Game Theory', therefore, you can picture in the theatre of your mind a game that theoretically and never ends. The chess peices dont die when they are captured. They just return to their starting point on the chess board and the game continues ad infinitum, forever, until you or the opposing player dies or becomes incapacitated.
This is an oversimplification of the 'Hyper Game Theory' but it helps the target mind control victim understand why this Non Cooperative Gaming Theorem is called the HYPER Game Theory. Because it is designed to never end but to continually and incrementally increase trauma on a daily basis. Game Theory ends. Hyper Game Theory never ends. No matter what move the victim makes to try to function and survive the CIA DIA Hive Mind Teams will constantly counter the victims last move with a next move forcing the mind control victim into a never ending cycle of countermoves.

As slums emerged in the XX century due to rapid rural-urban migration, modern design discourse had developed an important chapter on multifamily housing that folded neatly into the shelter demands brought on by migration. Decades later, social housing continues to enjoy a prominent seat in design discourse and public policy despite the observable fact that self-built homes have been far more effective in housing important segments of the urban population in cities of the developing world, and have created a considerable proportion of the built environment. The stark territorial inequality this urban reality manifests seemingly remains outside the scope of social housing, and reveals a passive or even evasive response to this “urban Cassandra” of our time.
Inquiries into approaches to territorial inequality pursued by Enlace Arquitectura over the past 11 years include public space making, community engagement projects, public policy and research in urban and rural contexts. Please join this evolving conversation.
Elisa Silva is director and founder of Enlace Arquitectura established in Caracas Venezuela 2007. Projects focus on raising awareness of spatial inequality and the urban environment through public space, the integration of informal settlements and community engagement in rural landscapes. Public space interventions in informal settlements through participatory methodologies are also central to Enlace´s practice, and were recently featured in the XX Architecture and Urbanism Biennial in Valparaiso Chile 2017. Other awards include the XXII Ibero-American Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism for the Sabana Grande Pavement Project in Caracas Venezuela 2012; and the Walk 21 Award for Puerto Encantado Higuerote Venezuela 2015.
Elisa is co-author of Pro-Inclusion: Practical tools for the integral development of Latin American cities (CAF Latin American Development Bank, 2016) and CABA Cartography of the Caracas Barrios 1966-2014 (Fundación Espacio 2015). In 2017, she was awarded a Graham Foundation Grant for the publication Pure Space: Expanding the Public Sphere through Public Space Transformations in Latin American Informal Settlements, (Actar, 2019). In 2011, she received the Wheelwright Fellowship and the Rome Prize from the American Academy in Rome in 2005. She teaches at the Simon Bolívar University in Caracas Venezuela and is a consultant to UN Habitat and CAF. She grew up between St. Louis and Venezuela, and is a graduate of the GSD 2002.
