Merlins Sailing on the Thames on Sunday 25th November at Tamesis Club
Merlin Rocket dinghy sailin on the Thames near Kingston England on Sunday 25th Novmebr in a strong breeze. Some have capsized, one is caught in a tree, all are going fast. There is a lot of wind noise due to the wind on the microphone!

While I was filming the dinghy racing on the Thames at Tamesis Club, I saw a crowd of people on the opposite shore looking at a baby seal. I was on Rescue Boat duty which entails driving a motor boat as the safety cover. I drove over and took these film shots. The RSPCA was teleiphoned but had to leave a message on their answer machine.

This video is shot of the occasion of the Olympic Torch on board the Row Boat Glorianna as it was rowed past Tamkesi Club on the thames which is near Kingston upon Thames. I apologise for the jerkiness. I should have used a stand.

Note: the yachts are all 12 foot Nationals and they are racing for the Sir William Burton Cup

This was such an amazing experience! It felt so nice to feel the wind blowing against my skin on a nice sunny day like this in London, whilst we viewed sightings across The River Thames... the commentator was too funny!
